    Four encastrable Frigidaire GCWD2767AF

    The replacement unit had to be of 27 inches, otherwise we had to remodel the kitchen with a 30 inches unitand all the work expenses become to expensive. So with the help of CAS MenagerWE SAVED $$$ Thank you.!!!

    Kitchen Renovation

    Despite delay in availability of wall oven/microwave very satisfied. Appliances are exactly as described and price was excellent

    You are on your own once you made your purchase

    The oven we got failed since it was connected. We had to make numerous phone calls, and only to find out the CAS customer services does nothing when it comes to dealing with issue. We had to contact the manufacture and the technician, book appointments, and speaking to the manufacture all by ourself. The customer team should be let go. A website instruction is enough to handle all customers issues - you are on you own once you paid them.

    Revolving inexperience and untrained staff in Sales and Customer Service

    Absolutely unscrupulous business practices. They provide inaccurate information on their website about availability dates, then they hold your money for months without communicating, then, when your fridge is ready for delivery (because you finally call to ask what's going on), they charge you more, the Sales person you spoke to has left the company and customer service have no power to fix anything (you always have to talk to the revolving Sales team). Nobody on the Sales team has any power to compensate you for your lost time, damage to your house from inexperienced movers, interest on the money they've held or any other problems, and the Sales "Managers" who "approve" discounts are unavailable to speak by phone. Overall, a dishonest company that makes it impossible for you to be treated fairly. On top of the above problems, the despite the Salesperson repeatedly confirming a morning delivery, when delivery info arrived at 5pm the night before, its confirmed for a 1:30-5pm delivery window and again, customer service can only offer a sorry and we can connect you to the Sales team if you want to cancel your order. No compensation for dishonest salespeople or accountability.

    Easy peasy

    Went in looking for a compact stackable washer/dryer set and found what I wanted and paid for it quickly and was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

    Horrible customer service

    We replaced the fridge, stove and dishwasher. We were told when we purchased in November there would be no issue receiving the new appliances by April (estimated end for our kitchen Reno's). So we sold our appliances to avoid storage. The appliances were supposed to come in 1 delivery they came in 3. We were forced to pay an extra $90 to have the last item delivered because they were not available together. We had to live 3.5 months with out a fridge and 7 months without a dishwasher with 2 young children. The worst part was our phone calls were never returned. Emails were answered very briefly. We were brushed off and told it was beyond their control. I completely get that but we waited over a year for a appliance we paid for in full and they refused to have it delivered without us paying extra.

    Refrigerator and freezer purchase

    Purchase was fine but delivery men gouged my floor. The men were taking the appliances to my newly finished basement so I stayed there ensuring that the paint and trim were not damaged as they moved the appliances. It seemed ok to me but I was unable to also be at the the top of the stairs in my kitchen as they came back and forth. They gouged my terrazzo floor in my kitchen twice. When they were ready to leave the asked me to sign a paper which I thought was confirming receipt but apparently also stated that I agree that they did not damage my property. I noticed the damage after they left and notified CAS. They advised the delivery company that they had hired who provided me with a copy of the page I signed with the assessment that since I signed it, they are not responsible in any way. I advised CAS who sympathized but agreed that everyone is off the hook. While this is legally true, the fact remains that they damaged my floor and now I have to figure out how to get that fixed and pay for it. I prefer to deal with companies with integrity and and sense of wrong and right. There are many out there. This is not one of them.

    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

    ABSOLUTELY terrible customer service. Cannot return or exchange a faulty item. Nobody to talk to at all. After sales is non existent. Dragging their feet. The worst. STAY AWAY.
