    Dual fuel range

    Sales, and Delivery

    The sale Elizabeth Koutsoukos is very efficient and helpful. The delivery team is vey punctual, efficient, and curtisy. We are very satisfied with the service.

    Giving Salesman and delivery fellows top marks. Customer service by telephone needs an attitude adjustment.

    New washing machine installation

    Delivery was prompt and delivery men did a great job setting up new machine and removing old one.

    LG 36 inch fridge.

    Took a bit time to get it in. But when it showed up the men had to take it apart to bring in. And reassemble it. They were polite and nice guys. Thanks for your services

    kitchen fridge and stove

    Waited on 4 appliances for over a year. Although it didnt say on an email that I had to respond within 9 days for delivery date, the salesman told us that the microwave and dishwasher had been given to someone else so all I got was the fridge and stove. No expected delivery date on the 2 missing items. The stove has a chip on it.... not happy about this.. Delivery guys were very good...

    2 full kitchens purchased

    CAS provided excellent customer service when purchasing my appliances. After that I was kinda on my own. Delivery came as scheduled over 4 different dates, sometimes the delivery guys were great (like today 5/5), sometimes not. Mostly, the ability to get help, product information, installation support- anything at all after the sale, was basically impossible. CAS was great at their part-selling. After that they use a myriad of vendors for delivery, installation, and the appliance manufacturers for warranty. All the after-things took forever, were extra, and were inconsistent in quality. Moreover, neither the salesperson nor any manager from CAS could assist or persuade the vendors just transfer me to the vendors phone queue. So overall, what could have been a 9/10 rating became a 6/10 rating for the new appliance experience at CAS.

    Canadian Appliance Source

    Ordered my appliances June 2021. I was promised everything will be available and I will be a priority when I am closing/moving. The price was very competitive at that time but this has to be the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and DELIVERY I have ever experience. The store representative deceived me multiple times promising delivery and cash back for issues but never delivers. Its November 2022 and I still dont have my stove. You call customer service and they dont do anything telling you go back to the sales person who deceived me multiple times. Would recommend paying more and never dealing with this company.

    Replaced my old fridge

    We needed a new fridge. Chris, our sales manager, was knowledgable and helpful in making the right decision. Delivery was on time and replacement was smoothless.

    Appliance purchase and installation

    I purchased my stacked washer /dryer from Canadian Appliance service. The sales staff were helpful and informed. The delivery was right on time and well executed.
