    New washer

    Excellent service from the purchase throughout the delivery. CAS kept us up-to-date on every step of the delivery down to the minute - never had such a great experience with a delivery service before!

    Purchase of stove

    Looked in stores and found poor service from three different stores with no stock and delivery charges. Didnt seem to want to accommodate at all. Have not unpacked yet but same price as stores and method of sales and confirmation was fast and very efficient. A great model to follow. Very communicative about delivery and service. A pleasure to see a well run company.

    Canadian Appliance Source

    The price of the dishwasher that I purchased was competitive with other local retailers however the delivery and installation proved to be a dismal failure. The delivery service was terribly unorganized and did not account for condo rules (timing in particular). As far as the installation goes, the initial cost was excessive ($213!) and they insisted on changing the shutoff for another $135 or they were going to walk out. I do not recommend this company!

    Electrolux stacking washer/gas dryer delivery

    Quiet happy being able to track my delivery in live time. Delivery fast, efficient, professional and helpful. Tomorrow is install/hookup. So looking forward to it. Thanks to Mai at CAS Stoney Creek.

    Great service and products

    Our second time back to Nadeem and it was a great experience. We bought appliances earlier this year and had to go back this week when we needed a fridge. Great service and inventory.

    Good Stuff!

    I had decided which dishwasher I wanted based on friends recommendations. Canadian Appliance could get it for me with a 4-5 month wait (common problem right now). The salesman had a very similar model in stock and it was delivered promptly by pleasant delivery men.

    Excellent products, service and price

    We were able to get a refrigerator ordered on the phone and delivered in days. George was easy to deal with over the phone and processed my order quickly. The delivery team kept me updated, was on time, friendly and professional.

    Bosch dishwasher

    Machine with bent casing replaced with only a delivery delay. Great to be able to track delivery time. Great delivery guys.
