    Very good buying experience

    I dealt with George who was very professional and polite. The delivery service will give you a window of four hours only the day before which was a minor inconvenience we had to reschedule once. The delivery What is smooth and efficient and went off without a hitch!

    This company is a joke!

    This company is a joke! Avoid at all cost! I ordered a dryer and agreed to get it picked up in a local store of them. First of all the did not inform about any time when the pickup is going to happen and second, later they informed me I can pick it up in a different than agreed store. When asked them to compensate their mistake and to cover the delivery fee to home they refused - said refund or delivery to another local store. This is not acceptable customer service and they merit zero clients.

    Amazing

    So, our Whirlpool washer quit. The tech basically said, after two visits and a great attempt at repair, since these are all computers now, he could have us spend a bunch of $$ more for modules, but then could not guarantee we'd be good. So 'go shopping'. We had a similar with a fridge about a year ago and went to CAS showroom here in Markham and got GREAT service finding a new one. This time we had no time to shop, so did it all Online and by phone. Within one day the new one arrived, perfect, a decent match to our dryer. All good. No shopping around, no travel, did it all online and by phone. I love this place!! Negotiated an extended warranty as par of the package. Guys also took the old one out to the garage so our son can cannibalize it for parts since he has the same model.

    Amazing services and staff. Great delivery services aswell!

    This was for fridge stove and microwave service was great delivery fee was not very much and super easy.

    Replaced washing machine

    Came on time. Moved out old machine and set up old one very efficiently. Pleased with service provided.

    Kitchen renovation

    This company is amazing. Would highly recommend them. Great prices and wonderful customer service. Can not say enough about Trenor.

    Remarkably Good Service

    From the showroom experience which was by far the best experience to 4 other competitive showrooms, to the delivery being on time and good friendly delivery men to great pricing I have to say I am remarkably happy. Apppliance shopping doesnt tend to go this well, ever. But it did! Highly recommend. Lets hope the appliances work well for a long time.

    washing/dryer machine

    My old washing machine leaking after 15 years working needed replacement, I went to CAS on last sunday just before closing, they sold, delivered and installed by Tuesday afternoon. fast and reasonable prices

    Delivery was smooth throughout. I was able to track progress and arrange my time more conveniently. The delivery men were polite and helpful.
