    New home build

    With a new home build, I had to purchase brand new appliances. CAS and the delivery service were exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. I would recommend them.

    New Fridge

    I made an error in my original order, but Canadian Appliance customer service easily made correction and located a product in stock. Delivery was next day and went smoothly.

    Waited a Long Time

    I ordered my appliances in March of 2021 and just received the last piece today, October 2022. Very frustrated with the supply chain, however, communication was good fromCAS.

    Beware bait and switch / false advertising

    I tried to purchase a refridgerator by putting in an order online over the weekend. Upon inquiring about my order, I was told the refridgerator was on backorder and it would be "at least" a month. I asked them why on their website it said available in 2-7 days business days? Response: It says that for all products. Then I pointed out that it shows in stock in Calgary and Ottawa. Response: "We can't sell you those". But they were quick to offer me a more expensive alternative which I could have right away. I asked if they could match the price. Response: The best I can do is give you $25 off. This is a second time offender because I foolishly thought I would give them a second chance after the last time. Last fall, I purchased a freezer from them. Delivery was stated to be 2 weeks. As the delivery date approached I would get email notifications that the delivery date had moved 2 weeks later. After about 2 months of this, I asked them if they could give me a real date regardless of how far away it is instead of these false 2 week increments which they would not. After 6 months, my existing freezer broke at which point I had no choice but to purchase one of their in stock models which was conveniently $700 more than the original ordered.

Our goal is to always ensure our customers receive the best possible service. Please note, CAS receives all of the products we sell directly from the manufacturer, in their original packaging. CAS does not sell refurbished appliances. As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance is defective. This is why our manufacturers will stand in and address as they hold the warranty. In addition, we do not give false ETAs, we’re giving what’s made available to us from our vendor. If you can source your desired appliance elsewhere, please let us know and we will cancel your order and provide a full refund. Again my apologies for your delays. Kind regrads, H.A CAS

    Next day delivery of replacement fridge

    This is the 6th appliance Ive bought through Naveed at the Markham location. Always responsive and knowledgeable. This time he was helpful in arranging next day delivery of a fridge when our 14 year-old Kenmore decided to suddenly retire leaving hundreds of dollars of frozen food to thaw.

    Replacement refrigerator

    Easy online shopping Chat feature connected to great sales help Very happy with that part Delivery and removal was 3rd party and coordinated very easily Had next day delivery which was seamless! All around, great so far!

    Bosch dishwasher

    Great experience getting advice on selection and availability as we did not want to wait to have the appliance replaced. Very good delivery service and helpful friendly service when we needed to call with questions
