The service from the sales & delivery teams is always great; the customer care people are only as good as the training theyve received & are sometimes too rigid.
The delays caused by shortness of staff, parts, raw materials, etc., which prevent the manufacturers from being able to fulfill orders in a timely manner, should not be blamed on CAS. Regardless of which retailer you choose to deal with, the chances of a longer than pre-Covid wait time should be expected/anticipated. If youre unable or unwilling to wait, perhaps ask which brands they have in stock.
