    Still waiting

    I bought a freezer and fridge set from this company June 6/22, paid fully for the pair. I was told I would have the set within 2 weeks as they were in the warehouse. The freezer was delivered within the 2 weeks as promised but It is now Aug 6/22 with no fridge. I have tried numerous times to contact the company, i.e. phone, email with no response, I keep getting emails from them asking when I am expecting the delivery but no set date on if it even is coming which is VERY frustrating as I cannot even get in contact with a real person. The website is not set up to help with contacting customer service sooooo long story short is they took my money and I have no fridge, no contact with a real person or a reason given for no fridge or even when [if] I will ever get it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

    Purchase a new washer and drier.

    Great experience all round. Wonderful sales. The delivery people were very efficient courteous and respectful to me my house and my pets. Feel very please with the level of service and the fact they have the products I wanted in stock without special order.

    Washing machine purchase and delivery

    Needed to get a new washer but wanted one that was in stock. Went to check out the Scarborough store as I had never heard of them. Peeyush was excellent- helpful but not pushy and the atmosphere in the store calm and not loud. The washer was delivered the next morning and I received a call whern they were on their way. The delivery men were efficient and professional but also friendly and helpful. Made sure everything was as it should be and working right. This was the best purchase experience I can remember.

    Even with a standard 4 hour delivery window, received text closer to the expected arrival. Arrived within the 20 minutes indicated in the text.

    Dishwasher Purchase

    We had a very positive experience when purchasing our Whirlpool dishwasher at Canadian Appliance Source. The showroom was clean and bright. George patiently helped us with our selection. He was courteous and pleasant. And the delivery was smooth.

    Kitchen Reno - all new appliances

    Excellent service in the store . Professional and knowledgeable regarding all of my appliances. The difficulty was receiving my Kitchen Aid refrigerator from the manufacture - supply shortage. Thankfully, I did place my order well in advance and received my appliance with two weeks prior to install date.
