    communication Chanels stayed open during cover so I always was informed even though cover caused delivery dates to be extended.

    Washer and Dryer Delivery

    Customer Service agent was very knowledgeable and provided advice, and lower price than web site. Washer and Dryer Delivery was also smooth and overall experience was wonderful.

    DON'T GO!!

    Worst experience ever!! Ordered Laundry Set for my rental property on Jan 02 and was promised a delivery date of Jan 20, the delivery was pushed until the end of Feb, which is understandable due to a global supply chain issue. I requested 40 min notice before making the delivery so that I can drive to my rental property. 4 deliveries so far, NEVER HAPPENED. If 40 min notice is not guaranteed, DON'T PROMISE. Online delivery tracking is not trustable. Looks like they enjoyed not making deliveries, I even can hear the delivery driver was laughing when I say I cannot be there if they give me only 10 min notice. I was given a kind of reimbursement for not making deliveries, but I really don't want it, I want the laundry set delivered. DON'T call the salesperson you had to deal with because they will not take the phone call or call you back at the time when you need them. You have to be at the ship to talk to them face to face. It is not done yet, will have to reschedule another delivery but they are trying to charge me for the "second" delivery. I am pretty sure this is my last time dealing with this company, I wish I had gone to other sellers at the very beginning.

However, our team may not have any way of knowing if a particular model has been unexpectedly affected by a manufacturer's delay. We are sorry to hear that our delivery team was not able to provide you with a 40-minute pre-call before delivery. However, the delivery team is not required to provide 40 minutes pre-call. A request can be made but customers are advised that this is not a guarantee. A ten-minute pre-call is provided before delivery, also customers are provided with a 4-hour delivery window the day prior to delivery.     Washer and dryer set

    Sales and delivery team were fabulous all around. Definitely recommend! Amit from Whitby was terrific. The two guys from delivery were very polite and professional.

    Great washing machine

    Needed a new washing machine right away. Online salesperson connected with my search and cart online (technology is crazy!) and got me a better machine than I was searching plus additional warranty for less than I was going to pay on my own. Delivery was less than a week and so easy. Highly recommend!

    Freezer

    That was the best delivery service, everything was in the house in less than 15 minutes. Had our freezer within a week of ordering. Great service!!! Thanks
