    BUYER BEWARE

    BUYER BEWARE! i spent 4k on a brand new GE fridge, i had it delivered only to discover it was defective. I called in CAS right away to report the issue only to discover the moment the appliance is delivered the company washes their hands of you. if you plug in the device or open the packaging you void your ability to return the product. it is important to note to deliver a fridge you have to remove the outer packaging. it was removed in the truck. CAS informed i had to deal with the manufacturer they will not help me even with my extended warranty. i was promised a call back by a manager only to receive a form email saying our business was concluded and they could not assist me further. I'm now stuck with a defective appliance and a manufacturer that is not returning my sevice calls

    Freezer

    Well organized, prompt. The company kept sending notifications until the product was delivered. Highly recommended.

    Excellent service and the quality of the products

    I did a web search, for price and quality of the fridge. Then I wanted to check and visited them at the store. The treatment always very friendly. The delivery at the agreed time and the fridge in perfect condition. It was a pleasant experience

    Fast online Assistance

    Item was in stock Online Assistance was helpful Disappointed in the cost of delivery considering that the only store in my area didn't have pick up option for large items like the freezer chest that I was purchasing
