    Clothes washer

    washer + dryer delivery + install

    Friendly support from the staff at the Whitby store. Needed a fridge urgently after our old one broke and staff helped us find one we liked in stock and available for near immediate delivery. Experience was so good we went back several months later for a washer and dryer. Aware of currently supply chain issues, manufacturer models, and helped us settle on a combination that was installed 2 days later - what supply chain issues?! Delivery team were friendly, courteous and efficient. Couldn't ask for more.

    Apartment renovation

    Placed order Sunday- delivered Tuesday. Only gave 4 stars as products have not been opened to confirm no dents, scratches and in working order yet!!!

Smaller appliances such as microwaves, dishwashers and range hoods would be left in their boxes. This would be why our customers have a 48 hour window after delivery to report any damages on appliances. Our After Sales Team would then step in to address.     Great delivery

    The delivery was really smooth, and I really liked how you can view the status in real time. I usually hate waiting around for deliveries, but knowing the approximate time at all times was really helpful

    Dishwasher and stove

    Guys were great to deliver through narrow lane with no complaint whatsoever they even took my old stove even though I had not arranged for it

    GE Dryer

    Great online video chat sale. Very helpful to identify the suitable dryer, as I gave the total amount I could spend. The dryer was delivered in 2 days. Seemless, professional and highly-recommended!
