    LG Refriferator

    Best price in the marketplace. Clear communication, delivered on specified date & time! 2nd time purchasing from them online, they will be my first call when I need another major appliance!

    Great delivery service!

    Incredible service!!! I highly recommend this company! From my initial call to the delivery team that came all where world class! If you are looking for an honest, fair, and friendly company to buy appliances from I highly recommend This company!

    New washing machine

    Fast delivery, great service. Second time I ordered an appliance in 6 months and both times the order turnaround and installation process was brilliant. Very grateful and would use again.

    Replacement fridge

    Just looking for a new replacement fridge online. Was able to call the Calgary showroom and confirm the model, arrange for delivery within four days. The CAS price was the lowest I could find, CAS was the only place to have it in stock!

    Product

    With the pandemic, there were delays but the representative that helped me kept me in the loop and followed up constantly. Anytime I reached out, he was very helpful and quick to respond. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful as well. Moved the old fridge downstairs which was not an easy task. Would recommend and already have.

    Dryer purchase fail

    Awful experience- white glove delivery is a joke. Delivery company abandoned delivery on the first attempt and on the second attempt 2-days ago, we had to use our own car to bring it up the driveway, then they failed to install the machine and ensure that we have a working dryer. The dryer is malfunctioning and they pawned us off onto the manufacturer who cannot provide service for another couple of weeks.

    Range Appliance

    The service representative knows very well the appliances. He was very helpful to listen and take care of our needs. The follow up service was outstanding. The delivery employees were respectfull. They were carefull and installed properly the range appliance. Great job! Keep up!

    Refrigerator

    Went to CAS to browse and didn’t know exactly what I was looking for, they helped me choose and gave me multiple options. Overall good service and good delivery would recommended to anyone

    Appliances

    The delivery guys were very pleasant and careful with buth taking I'm and out of appliances. They were also very quick with taking in and out the appliances. Also took the time to ensure everything was correct.

    Delivery of Fridge & Microwave

    Excellent delivery. Not easy for truck to get down the lane to the delivery entrance. The 2 men were patient, polite and managed to get it inside up the elevator and into my unit. After they left they found a tiny - important - screw that fell off in the truck and made sure I got it. THAT's excellent service. Thank you.
