    Fridge Purchase

    Easy to deal with and they actually had the Fridge in stock! The delivery guys were wonderful and accommodating too. Nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. Andrew

    Quick easy order and delivery

    The website advertised “better prices” for washing machines if you called in rather than ordering online. There was no difference. I was connected to a sales rep who wanted to close the deal as quickly as possible. He took my info for payment and delivery (that I would have input into the website anyway, so no time saved there). Maybe there would be better deals if I could choose other makes or models, but I had to match to an existing dryer.

    new Frig

    Amazing service, on line with Naseer and customer service Akshika and delivery men,,,, on the ball, respectful !! Will be buying more appliances from Canadian Appliances on line Ordering on line was easy and Naseer was so knowlegable, once it arrived at warehouse Akhika, updated me until arrival at door

    Washing machine

    I purchased the front load washing machine on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday! Every other store was 6 to 8 week wait time. The two gentlemen that delivered the machine were very competent and courteous! I will definitely be considering Canadian Appliance Store for.my future appliance needs! Cheers

    GE Washer/Dryer GUD27EEMNWW

    This was pretty seemless. Online chat then a phone call, purchase made and product delivered. Delivery was delayed due to weather. Delivery personnel were lovely. Washing machine is making a very odd noise

    Sale and delivery service

    It's the second time we buy an appliance at CAS. We asked for the same Account Executive because of our previous experience. We were very pleased again with the service and the delivery team . I can't still believe they delivered our washing machine within 48 hours after our purchase. Thank you CAS. I would recommend you to my friends and family.

    Stove

    Bought stove in 20 minutes. Seller (George) answered my calls on his day off! Haven’t unwrapped and set up yet but thus far am pleased with service. Delivery guys were efficient and careful not to mar my walls while bringing stove to 3rd floor.

    LG fridge

    Love your service! Fast, professional and efficient. First I bought a washer and dryer. Now, I purchased an LG fridge. I am very satisfied with the whole service and I will recommend it to others. Delivery guys were polite and fast. I like the fact that we can follow the delivery on the app.

    Purchase and delivery of refrigerator

    My husband and I purchased a refrigerator last Friday, because our old one had broken down. We were fully aware of the difficulty of finding any appliance in a hurry right now because of supply-chain problems. Marcus Holder at the Scarborough CAS store helped us to find exactly what we wanted (which happened to be the last item of its kind in the system), and it was delivered 4 days later with equally competent help, Brinn Barrett and his colleague, who navigated what appeared to us an impossibly narrow kitchen door with a relatively big appliance, without a scratch and with apparent ease, and cheerfully with it. Great Service all round, despite the difficult times we all live in right now. A great big thanks to all involved. Inge Jordan

    Washer and dryer

    Delivery was safe and prompt! Nothing was marred or scratched! I’m happy with the delivery personnel and their professionalism. Old appliances were removed as per agreement. New we’re set up and connected. Thank you
