    GE Refrigerator Delivery Service

    The FREE delivery was quick and efficient, right at the beginning of the delivery window they gave us (no waiting all day long!). Also, love the live tracking system they have for delivery, so we always knew when to expect it. The delivery men were polite, courteous, respectful of our property, and provided good tips and advice. Thank-you for the great delivery service!

    Kitchen

    Fast and Professional. My fridge broke down and I called CAS. Within minutes I purchased a new fridge and the delivery was organized right away. They are my new go to for appliances.

    Microwave and Oven

    I purchased appliances from somewhere else, 4 months later still not received and no clarity on what is going on. I decided to get my refund and went to CAS, they were clear and honest with me. Told me realistic arrival times and what’s available, to put it short I confirmed my order on Thursday and 3 business days later I received my order today, Monday. From the sales down to the delivery guys were trained to give you a perfect shopping experience. I will forever be a customer now! Thanks to Muzamil and his team.

    Appliances

    I purchased a washer, dryer and dishwasher, all of which were just delivered. I live in an old house without much room to work. The delivery was on time. The delivery men were courteous and efficient and everything went smoothly for us. I have not used the appliances yet.

    Prompt, reliable and efficient …but beware

    I was initially skeptical when I phoned CAS as we had had problems with another company. But the salesman we spoke took a lot of time to discuss washer and dryers and to assure me that what we wanted was in stock and could be delivered in a few days. And it was professionally delivered by Rawle and quickly installed and tested. I would give Them 5 stars but was dismayed to learn the web price was almost $200 less than the price the salesman gave me. When I asked he said prices change every three hours! I had stressed before I gave him my card that I didn’t want to see a reduced price the next day. He said it did go down it would only be $50 but couldn’t be delivered as quickly as the one I bought. So is there a prompt delivery price? I’m very upset by this bait and switch. The Samsung washer:dryer is so far pretty perfect but the salesman left a bad impression.

    Standup freezer purchase

    I had ordered a standup GE freezer back in September. Delays upon delays, no fault of supplier though. Just manufacturer unavailability. Great company follow up, and eventually a solution so I could get a standup freezer. I cook and bake a lot for family members, etc. And I needed a second freezer. CAS came through. I now have another freezer, not my first choice, but I do have another. Thank you for the great service!

    Samsung Fridge

    Good product so far and great delivery guys. Fridge came in good time and the service to bring it in the house when it would not fit through the front door the lead guy took charge and brought it in the back set up quick and no damage to our home.

    Great customer service

    I ordered an LG Styler and the delivery was made as promised. The advertised price was different from when I placed the order on the phone and they were able to honour the sale price! Great product!

    Washer and Dryer

    I needed a dryer and washer, the sales employee and staff was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I was very satisfied with my purchase. It was fast and delivery was amazing

    Fast service, advertised merchandise in stock

    Went on their website to search for a new stove. Found exactly what I was looking for, at the price I was hoping for. Went to their location on Lebovic Drive, and was greeted immediately and referred to a sales agent. He confirmed the unit I wanted was available, and arranged for delivery (and pickup of my old stove) on the day I requested. Awesome !!!
