    Fridgidare Wall Oven

    Courteous service, well arranged store, good array of products, good price and timely delivery! Everything went well from beginning to the end. I will surely come calling to Canadian Appliance Spurce again and again.

    Purchase and delivery of washer and dryer

    Delivery guys were cordial and very efficient. No scratches, no bumps, no bruises. They did everything they were supposed to do. Saleswoman was knowledgeable and no-nonsense. We are very happy.

    New Fridge

    After moving to my new home, I discovered that the fridge was not in working order. Canadian Appliance was great to work with and helped me find a model that we loved and was available for immediate delivery. The delivery team were quick and careful! They were very polite and helpful!

    Kitchen update

    This was a very positive experience, the salesman in the showroom understood my needs. The wait time for shipping was very reasonable, weeks not months. The delivery was on time, the delivery guys were exceptional. I’m a happy customer.

    Maytag Range

    This is my second range purchase from CAS. I JUST HATED THE Samsung I originally purchased (my fault not CAS) and after 5 years I’ve replaced it with a TRUE double oven from Maytag. Had this one before and it’s a gem. CAS is easy to deal with and prices are fair.

    New Appliance

    After a failed attempt on a purchase at a big box store, that had no inventory and was getting mixed messages for staff, I ordered a washing machine from Canadian Appliance Source. Called on Thursday and Saturday morning it was delivered. Fast, courteous service. Phone service was excellent and Jeff and his partner were quick and very friendly. I wished I ordered the first time with Canadian Appliance. Thank you! Now back to laundry!

    Amazing buying experience

    Washing machine

    Fantastic service from the store experience with knowledgeable sales reps. Through delivery notifications, and 2 very helpful delivery men. I wouldn’t buy appliances anywhere different now. I highly recommend Canadian Appliance.

    Terriblebreturn policy

    Brought product home plugged it in. Didn't work. Called CAS same day they said it was considered used now and I had to wait for manufacturer technician. 10 days later I called manufacturer and they did not have a request to see the product. They also said that if CAS reported this within 48 hours they would have authorized the return. Seems to me they don't want to take returns. Great at selling but 0 followup service. Do yourself a favor and by from from company that will take returns. It's been 3 weeks and the microwave is sitting in my living room in its original box.

    Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. Please understand that CAS is an authorized retailer, and we receive all of the appliances we sell directly from the manufacturer in their original packaging. The packaging is not removed until the appliance is presented to our customers. Therefore, CAS does not perform Quality Control testing on any of the appliances we sell. This is done by the manufacturer during the production process. As such, there are times that an appliance may experience functional issues shortly after purchase and as it is a functional issue, it falls under the manufacturer's warranty. In cases like this, the manufacturer provides CAS with very specific guidelines on how to proceed. This will almost always include having the manufacturer send out a technician to assess the appliance. The technician's report is provided to the manufacturer who then determines whether or not they feel as though the appliance can be repaired or would need to be replaced. Please know we do initiate service call on behalf of our customers but not always do we receive an immediate response from the manufacturer we do recommend our customer to also call the manufacturer for a faster response.
