    New LG fridge

    Purchased a new LG fridge. Who knew a pandemic would cause a fridge shortage? But Canadian Appliance Source had stock and delivered within 3 days. Delivery process was so easy, use the email link to track the delivery truck. It tells you where you are in queue and updates ETA as the day goes on, and you could literally see where on the map the truck was closer to arrival time. I used this to time emptying out my fridge. The delivery guys were pleasant, wore their masks and removed their shoes. They carried out the old fridge and brought in the new one efficiently. It literally took 15 minutes and they were on their way. Happy with my new fridge, store experience and delivery. Now fingers crossed this LG fridge doesn’t quite early on me!

    Great prices and service!

    CAS were a pleasure to deal with. The Etobicoke store has a large showroom so you can see what you’re ordering. The prices were very competitive and I was well looked after by the salespeople—one even helped me jumpstart my car when I found I had a dead battery! Delivery was right on time, but I did order 2 months in advance knowing that there are COVID delays. I would highly recommend CAS for new appliances.

    My experience buying a stove

    We purchased a stove from the Canadian Appliance Source in Mississauga on October 6, 2021. We worked with a sales associate to find a range with two large and two small top burners – we have a big family that eats in bulk! Decided on a new Samsung. When completing the sale, we confirmed the brand and the photos looked identical to the floor model. Flash forward to October 8, 2021 – after signing off with the delivery guy that there was no damage I started unpacking and discovered that the burner layout was way off from what I bought. Over the next two weeks (without being able to use the stove) we worked with many customer service staff who wanted us to pay hundreds of dollars to rectify their mistake. We eventually connected with a sales staff who was able to get us sorted out at no charge. We are very happy with the sales staff and our new stove is working well. We would however advise potential buyers to avoid CAS’s customer service wherever possible.

    Electric range

    Fast delivery and according to the expected delivery times. Polite and courteous staff. We had good service at the time of purchase and were well informed about the product and delivery times.

    Poor customer service

    Horrible customer service. We ordered a dryer and a washer from CAS - both appliances were confirmed available at the time of purchase. About a week after our order, we received a mysterious email that the dryer was now on backorder - fast forward, 4 weeks later - the dryer was no longer offered through CAS. When the delivery team finally arrived with our washer, they backed into and broke our light post. Additionally, we paid for installation services - they moved the washer to the basement and that was it. The machine was not levelled, the electrical plug was damaged from their delivery. After notifying CAS, it took 4 weeks of back and forth to get the installation services refunded. It has now been 3 months and they will not return our messages about the damages to our property. E-mails go unanswered and phone calls are re-routed through a series of transfers that end with promises of getting back to you - of which, they never do. If you are looking for a company that has ownership and pride in their work and delivery service - look anywhere else but CAS.

    Kitchen Appliance

    Easy to purchase, on time delivery. Delivery guys need to improve their attitude.Price is unbeatable. Whole process only took 30 minutes to complete. Sale representative is very patient and knowledgeable.

    Able to find a range during the pandemic!

    Got tired of waiting (Jan 2022 from a range ordered in March at another store) so ordered a lesser model from CAS and was at my door less than 48h later!

    Outstanding Service

    From start to finish. I was nothing but an amazing no fuss no muss experience. Great customer service with George at the store and even better service with the guys who delivered my appliance. Guys were courteous friendly helpful. would definitely recommend CAS for applicance purchases.

    Worst appliance experience - STAY AWAY

    We ordered a stackable washer and dryer set on a Saturday and paid extra for next day delivery. Our sales rep failed to include a stacking kit in our order so when they came to install the units on Tuesday we had to send them back. We had to fight with CAS to get a new shipment date of Thursday. Your delivery team sent two incredibly unprofessional installers to our house who arrived close to 11pm. Aside from refusing to wear masks, they scratched our hardwood floors in multiple locations. On top of all of this, this morning I go to use the machines for the first time and get an error code on the washer. I called CAS and they gave me ZERO support - told me to call the manufacturer or go online to fill out a form for a replacement. Service like this should be illegal. I can't understand how the leaders of this organization sleep at night knowing they are running such a horrible company.

    LG Dryer

    This is the first time we shopped in Canadian Appliance Source. We are very impressed with the service. In particular, the delivery process is managed very well from start to finish. We requested installation service as well and the delivery workers are very professional and polite.
