Horrible customer service.
We ordered a dryer and a washer from CAS - both appliances were confirmed available at the time of purchase. About a week after our order, we received a mysterious email that the dryer was now on backorder - fast forward, 4 weeks later - the dryer was no longer offered through CAS.
When the delivery team finally arrived with our washer, they backed into and broke our light post.
Additionally, we paid for installation services - they moved the washer to the basement and that was it. The machine was not levelled, the electrical plug was damaged from their delivery. After notifying CAS, it took 4 weeks of back and forth to get the installation services refunded.
It has now been 3 months and they will not return our messages about the damages to our property. E-mails go unanswered and phone calls are re-routed through a series of transfers that end with promises of getting back to you - of which, they never do.
If you are looking for a company that has ownership and pride in their work and delivery service - look anywhere else but CAS.
