    I wouldn't recommend buying here

    I wouldn't recommend coming here. We faced quite a few issues and I truly wonder how they have 4.3 stars on google and 8.3 on homestars. Makes me think it's fake because their yelp page has 2. On the first visit we came to buy a dishwasher and a range hood. Ravi, a salesman, was too quick to sell: I had the sizes we needed, he reassured me that all dishwashers are the same, however the dishwasher I purchased didn't fit. We knew it's going to be a hustle returning and waiting, so whatever; we are planning on kitchen remodelling very soon anyways. A few days later, we came to buy a cooktop, we met Antonio. He was great, even sent us home to make sure we have all the right sizes. We remeasured everything, ordered and picked up a cooktop. When we got home and opened it, the wires were used and the packaging inside was torn. We bought a new item, but it was clearly open-box. We called back to exchange it right away, and they told us there is a 25% restocking fee we need to pay. If we just wanted to return it, for whatever reason, we would understand and pay. No problem! We just think it's unfair to sell open-box products for a full price, then charging for restocking on exchange, and on top of that, treating us like we are ly*ng or sc*m artists. It'll probably be easier for us to pay the fee and buy appliances elsewhere in the future, but we aren't coming back here again for sure.

    Kitchen Reno

    My online seller was great, but later dealing with customer service to program my delivery was very difficult, I ended contacting my online seller to set things up and proceed with the delivery. I haven’t install anything yet but all the appliances arrived well.

    Such a great experience!!

    My fridge was broken and needed a fridge asap. The one I bought was instock, so it delivered within 2 days. Received an email with a tracking link, as well as frequent text messages and a call with a time update. Very happy with how everything went and will be buying all future appliances from here. The cost is what it cost for them to remove my old fridge.

    Fridge GE

    My fridge died suddenly, got excellent assistance from Gennaro, found a GE fridge delivered the next day. FANTASTIC AND EFFICIENT. The delivery team was Amazingly professional! Surely would recommend 100%

    Appliances

    This place is becoming a joke. I understand COVID has had slowed production down on certain appliances, but trying to get any answers from this place is terrible. I have been waiting over 10 months for 4 appliances (Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher) and they can't even set me up with another sales person to discuss my options. They have my money, so I guess they don't care. I have ordered from them before and it went fairly well, but this is an absolute disaster now. Hopeless...

    Kitchen renovation

    I went to the store and give them the details of appliances with my budget and facilities I need. The sales manager gave proper response and sent me the email. I checked out the Particulars and found everything as per my need. So I ordered all the items and I also got the delivery within a week.

    Kitchen Reno

    The service we got from Canadian appliance Source has been a very good experience. Best customer service I've seen in years. A special thank you to Derek Cameron at the Oakville location and also to the two men who delivered the appliances. These gentlemen are definitely good representatives of the company.

    Fridge Purchase Plus Service Protection

    Fridge was purchased by photo description and specs. Salesperson was very helpful, carefully reviewing our specs and needs for fridge and freezer space, offering professional advice. Delivery was also very professional. Fridge space serves our needs well and is what we were hoping to receive. We're very pleased.

    Gas stove

    When other stores could not find what we wanted (and said no one else could either), CAS sourced the stove we were looking for, arranged for an expedited delivery and delivered it as promised.

    New dryer

    Our Samsung dryer had a crack in the drum. We walked into CAS and asked what they had in stick and what was a good brand that we would own for more than 3 years. In the end we got great service and fast and a great price. Delivery was easy and they took the old Appliance away.
