    Refrigerator Purchase

    Needed a refrigerator urgently after our current one broke and we were having a terrible time getting it repaired. As most people know Logistics and consumer goods are hard to come by right now. We walked in asked specifically for a refrigerator that was Stainless Steel with and ice/water dispenser that was actually AVAILABLE! Right away we had a couple of options and could get delivery within only a few days! SOLD! Other retailers want you to choose the model then check, only to tell you 2-4 months lead time, then you start again. It was very refreshing to have the retailer provide us with options to start with!! Thanks again!

    Integrated professional service

    Knowledgeable sales offers too many varieties of solutions, available products in the critical COVID tome , fast delivery in the same day I ordered and perfect installation and quality checking by a polite team cared about my house and my appliances as well. Thanks a lot CAS.

    Refridgerater

    No hassle, quick and efficient delivery by 2 happy gentleman. They certainly enjoyed their jobs, and removed an entrance door with no complaints. In fact they brightened my day as well!

    New appliances

    Bought a new stove and dryer to replace aging ones. Sales was informative and friendly. Delivery was efficient and on time. I ordered a fridge that is on back order but worth waiting for.

    Washer/dryer purchase,delivery and installation

    Good experience for all services.Very friendly and pleasant to deal with.Salesman knew his products well and listened to what we wanted. Delivery was as promised and installation was completed efficiently

    Fridge stove replacement

    We decided to replace the stove and the fridge. We purchased both online. The website provided excellent filtering. Allowed putting in size including height, width and depth. Also filtered color and brands.

    Silhouette Wine Fridge

    Al the Rep in the store saved us from ordering the wrong unit. The order was delivered in less than a week. The delivery itself was perfect. They took the broken unit away for a minimal fee. No fuss, no muss. I'll definitely keep them in mind when I need to replace another appliance.

    Refrigerator purchase

    Great customer service from Inder S. at the Collosus, Woodbridge location. Details were explained thoroughly. Follow ups were made via email and text to follow up. Fast and efficient delivery!!

    Great service from start tp finish

    CAS were great to buy from and work with from start to finish. Helpful, friendly sales assisted me in finding correct sized models with the features o wanted, that would be available. (thanks Vishu W.). Customer service helped me delay delivery 3 times to coincide with my reno. The delivery guys were right on time, worked around a tight lane way and everything was delivered safely, put where I wanted and large items unboxed. Still waiting for 1 item of 7 (dishwasher) on back order by the manufacturer. Very happy with whole experience, would use them again and would recommend CAS highly.

    Delivery

    Process was smooth ,communication could have been better and the guys should have called sooner not from my front door Delivery charges are pricey and should be reviewed Overall not a bad experience
