Sold me a broken fridge that didn't work right off the bat and that's when the nightmare started. Sales process was a breeze and they were fantastic in every way, ordered the fridge saturday and got delivery Monday, which was amazing . Unfortunately the fridge didnt work and as soon as I called about it that is when things took a turn. They directed me to Samsung (I didn't buy from Samsung) and after hours and hours of phone calls I finally got a technician to come to the house 2 weeks later (no fridge for 2 weeks with kids). I asked about refund or exchange and that is when Canadian appliance became the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I will never buy from these guys again, EVER!
