    Terrible customer service

    Ordered 5 matching black stainless steel appliances. The dishwasher was discontinued so they sent me a black one instead. I did not know until we unpacked it and now they want to charge me a restocking fee of 25% plus a redelivery fee to bring me a correct item. I am now canceling the washer and dryer that I ordered along with the range hood and I will happily buy it elsewhere. Oh and all returns are handled electronically and via email only and when you try to talk to someone you have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. I’m still waiting...

    Great sales and delivery experience

    Ordered a replacement washer and dryer. Thankfully the model I chose was available, so I was able to have it delivered within a few days. Delivery and installation went smoothly. I received an automated call the day before and was able to track the delivery online. I was happy to get good quality replacement hoses. It's been 3 weeks and so far so good. Would recommend and buy from here again.

    Good place to deal with

    Good communication and service with the gentleman who brought our new range really was a big plus which reflects well on the company. We are very pleased with the range

    Amazing team Canadian Appliances

    I find a amazing deal LG refrigerator and range online. Shipping took 2 days with in stock item. Sukhminder online salesperson is super helpful. Match the price and answer everything. Also those delivery guys speak Jamaican and English were very friendly and professional . They are care the item and make sure everything is correct. Will purchase at Canada appliances again.

    Kitchen Appliances

    I bought appliances for our new kitchen. I do not think there is a retailer that can deliver more choices when it comes to appliances. Their sales staff is knowledgeable and their information was always accurate. Delivery was punctual and the process was a breeze. Highly recommended.

    Samsung fridge

    We got a great deal at this store when we wanted yo buy a new fridge and the delivery was in just 2 days! We got it on time like initially mentioned and everything works well so far!

    New dishwasher delivery

    Polite, fast, reliable service. live chat was very convenient. Then spoke to Minkal over the phone for ordering. Received item in two days. Delivery team was wonderful. Would recommend for sure.

    Fridge, stove, dishwasher

    Reliable, good service. The agent David Callahan Hunter is so good. Very accomodating . Very nice to deal with. Easily redponds to my calls. The delivery men are friendly and respectful

    LG washing machine

    My washer stopped working and I still had laundry piling up. Went to Canadian Appliance source, the salesman , George, was very helpful in helping me select the washing machine and best of all the delivery was the next day. The delivery fellows were wonderful too.
