    Fridge purchase

    Ordered a bosch fridge friday and it arrived on The following Monday. I am surprised and happy about this. I will definitely work with this company again. I have recommended to my friends.

    Appliances

    Great sales people, excellent service and very knowledgeable. Not only white glove delivery but these guys can actually tell time! I would recommend CAS to anyone looking for new appliances. Best deals in Durham!

    new appliance

    My refrigerator died and I was desperate for a new one and fast. Went on the internet and discovered CAS (Canadian Appliance Source). Price was great, service courteous and helpful, delivery within 2 days. Wonderful experience and would definitely shop there again

    Great selection, great service, great prices and convenient delivery

    I bought a stove, dishwasher and microwave from CAS. The sales rep was extremely helpful and helped me make selections with intelligent suggestions. I shopped around for the prices and found that they were either comparable or lower than the competition. The delivery is particularly well organised, you not only get a date and time frame but also a link where you can follow the delivery in real time and have a very accurate idea of when they arrive. The delivery personnel is quick, careful and well mannered. Overall I had a very good experience!

    Great service

    Polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Canadian appliance help near pick out the ideal washer at the best price. They were able to deliver the very next day. The delivery service was excellent, they were careful remove and install in the washer and arrived on time.

    washer

    my old washer of 30 or more years was finished ... my Niece had purchases from you on her experience .... I went the same road ... the sale was done over the phone with Santino he is wonderful to deal with I would recommend for sure hope there there for 50 years our more

    Kitchen renovation

    Great delivery service and nice guys and they give you a 1/2 heads up within your 4 hours which is a change from other services where you have to sit around all day

    Lower Level apartment kitchen appliances

    Good experience, dealt with the store manager for order He was great to work with everything here here in good shape careful delivery taken now we see if it all works well....

    LG Gas Dryer - quick turnaround

    We needed a dryer, and quickly. They got it to me in 3 business days. It was a pleasure to deal with the representative, Amir. The price was competitive. The only negative was that he promised free installation. Well, installing a gas dryer requires someone licensed to hook up gas. The delivery people were not licensed to do it, so they didn't. When I called CAS, they told me that Amir was not able to make such a promise. Maybe he just didn't know. Still, it was disappointing. I'd still use them again.

    Good experience. Very well detailed website and well informed store staff. I did my own research online and through their website, comparing products and was comfortable making an informed decision. After speaking to agents online I decided to make my purchase via store and the items in stock came within 3 days. I’m pleased overall
