A seamless experience. We got excellent advice and service when we bought the washer and delivery and installation was quick and efficient.

Appliance showroom very nicely stocked. Sales people were very well informed and handled us efficiently. Appliances delivered prompty with excellent delivery service and careful handling of the goods.

The service was very good, the delivery time is reasonable , the delivery men were professional (Joan and his assistant). Only one thing , I expected that the delivery is free as usually if we purchase an article that cost more than 500$ , then the delivery is free. Thanks

We went in to inquire about options for a new appliance. The sales person Larry didnt listen to needs, once he got a piece of information about what we were exploring he said why would you want to do that? He was very disinterested, blunt and bored. Once we said we dont want to spend money for the high end appliances he walked us to the cheaper appliances, said here these are more in your bracket and left. We then had to do the work of a sales person looking on line to see prices. Never again

Al was most helpful. He acknowledged our repeat purchases with appreciation. Seamless transaction from arrival at store on Sunday, and delivery on Monday by noon. Delivery men were cheerful and polite. They went above and beyond with their service. I am a very satisfied customer.

Ordered on line, delivered when I wanted it, helpful agent, good selection, reliable service, kept me informed

I had researched the dishwasher I wanted. I knew it already exactly what I wanted, just needed a place to buy it. I called Canadian Appliance and bought the dishwasher over the phone. They set the date for installation. I paid for the third party org to implement it. I then received an email from Canadian Appliance confirming the time it would be installed. Right after that they also sent a different email saying the timing was NOT confirmed. I then received an email the same day from Canadian Appliance asking me to start confirming the month of my installation - this month, next month, or month after I then recived an email from the third party installation company, arranged by Canadian Appliance, confirming the time of installation just like the first email from Canadian Appliance. I shot my sales person 3 separate emails at that time asking what is going on, and whether the installation would happen or not. He completely ghosted me. Never heard back. They also actually set up two different third party companies to install it. The one that finally did come broke their own timing and came at a compeltely different time and did a very sloppy job. I reached out to Canadian Appliance about this and got nothing. I then received an unexpected 28 cent reimbursement email from Canadian Appliance. I have no idea why. I have asked twice, and still nothing. So, choose them if you like being ghosted and don't mind not getting any support whatsoever after they take your money.
