I really appreciate being able to track the order so I know when to expect my delivery. The delivery workers were so pleasant and helpful. This is the third time Ive had this delivery service and Im always impressed!

Great shopping experience, the best appliance stores I ever delt with. I gave it 4 stars only because the delivery person I was not happy with.

Our fridge died and we needed a new one ASAP. Given our past experience with CAS, we went there right away, even been a bit further from our home. The fridge got delivered perfectly in less than 24h from the purchase. This is not my first time buying there and definetly not the last one.

Dealt online (chat) with a very knowledgeable sales rep who also friendly, courteous and personable ; she was very patient and answered all my questions. We closed the transaction and I felt very good afterwards The delivery process was also a very positive experience. Although it was pouring rain, the young man (Étienne) came in smiling .. asked me a few questions, brought in my appliances with his partner; both very polite. made sure to wipe the kitchen and hallway floors before leaving . Washer and dryer were delivered and installed without incident. Old appliances were also taken away.

Went to CAS after we went to other stores. I was happy to see that the prices were better. Service was great too. Salesman was helpful. Would purchase again. Delivery was fantastic. I was kept in the loop as my appliance was back ordered. I received updates regularly and even was notified when it was arriving. They gave me a 4 hour window which updated throughout the time. Delivery guys were nice and installed it perfectly!!
