    Refridgerator

    They were Happy,And courteous and kind, delivery people They were Very accommodating! They were very Quick and They were very efficient They were on time and cleaned everything up and put my house all back together again.

    Double wall oven

    I have had good results with CAS before and that is why I went there for the oven. The salesperson was not very knowledgeable about the product, its availability, promotion, and installation process (told me no installation was required - just plug it in. Hard to do by yourself with a wall oven!). Told me it would take 2 - 6 weeks but it must have been in the warehouse as I was emailed to set up delivery within 6 days. Delivery was prompt and courteous.

    Kitchen Reno

    The delivery service was excellent. The guys were pleasant and professional. The boxes were not opened because the renovation is not complete, but so far we are very satisfied with the experience at CAS and the delivery service.

    Good experience

    We wanted to buy a clothes dryer and a new oven range without having to go to the showroom. We called CAS and spoke to Dave Thomas. He was very knowledgeable about appliances and was able to help us over the phone. We checked out his suggestions on the store website and phoned him back to talk about out decisions and make the purchase. The appliances both came this morning. The delivery went smoothly. I could track where the truck was online so we could be home and ready to receive the order. Very easy. We are very satisfied.

    New range

    The delivery arrived within the expected time frame. They were quick and polite. We are very happy with our purchase. Would recommend Canadian Appliance to anyone looking for a new appliance.

    Kitchen Appliance replacement

    Canadian Appliance was recommended by our contractor and they had the inventory and delivered when tgey said they would. They kept me apprised of the delivery window and when they were within 30 minutes of arriving. The delivery crew were courteous and swift.

    No help sale staff. money payed job is done!!!!

    LEFT WITH A UNUSABLE $1000 MICROWAVE BOUGHT LESS THAN 2 MONTHS AGO/with entended warrenty .Cant get any return calls.gotta keep calling to you get sales guy on phone.keep opening tickets. Service company is saying unit is so new GE CAFE doesnt have parts. just about at 4 weeks of trying to get fixed.I know have to wait longer till they get parts in from maybe china. 0 help from CAS sales and 0 help fro GE. will not be buying anymore GE. or shopping at CAS. got my money. They are happy. Duhh how about a cheap loaner till they get parts for my new microwave???? They will not swap it for another!!! Useless company I work in a service department of a distributor.Never would anybody just leave a customer hanging.At no point has anybody picked up a phone. open ticket,open ticket,open ticket. save yourself head aches. buy else where

    Great sales service but their warranty is deceptive

    We purchased 5 appliances when we bought our new house, including a laundry pair, for which we purchased an extended warranty. A metal piece broke off our Samsung washer 21 months after receiving it. It destroyed the rubber seal, and water was leaking out the machine. I filed a warranty claim with their joke of a warranty provider, and it was denied as being a manufacturer's defect according to their terms and conditions, which I never received (and still don't agree with their explanation anyway). CAS says warranty provider should have emailed the terms to me, warranty provider says CAS should have given them to me. Somebody needs to go figure it out. I would only recommend if you're NOT buying their warranty.

    Kitchen Aid Induction Range & hood

    CAS sales people are phenomenal! Professional, courteous and efficient! Dealt with Oakville store and have recommended them to a friend and a family member. Delivery person was a bit grumpy but might have been having a bad day! Delivery timing was on schedule.

    Fridge

    David Dandar provided excellent service. On short notice he was able to find the fridge I was looking for when other places could not. It was delivered on time as planned.
