    Danby 5.3 cu ft freezer

    Very happy with Customer Service. Knowledgeable friendly staff helped us find what we were looking for in minimal amount of time. Also very pleased with their delivery service through LTI. Very polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

    Perfect delivery

    Perfect delivery. No issues at all. They did a great job. Super clean and complied with covid procedures. They gave a great time window and notified when they were ten minutes away. Worked out perfectly

    Bosch Dishwasher

    Great service from the salesman at the Woodbridge store (Inder). He had very good knowledge of the product and answered all my questions thoroughly. I deducted one point from my score as the delivery service did not notify me of the delivery time one day prior to delivery.

    Cook top fridge and oven

    Delivery guy is good guy come on time and do good service they are not damage any think prefer to outer hope all for do same best of luck Happy Thanks

    Fridge purchase

    Needed fridge in a hurry and they were able to deliver what I needed in a week. Best selection and service. Reasonable price as well. Would use them again for sure.

    Frigidaire induction range

    Salesman was wonderful, attention to details, delivery was on time and courteous. I would recommend this place for sll appliance purchases . Some salesman try to push certain products but I felt that our salesman knew what we were in the market for and found us the right range for the right price

    Good service

    Very efficient customer service. I got an answer for each question i had. The lady was very kind. She never tried to send me more than my needs. The delivery was perfect, on time. I really appreciate to know the time of delivery. Very polite guys

    It was a dark and stormy night and then we walked into Canadian Appliance Source in Nepean Ontario. The sales personnel were friendly and we were greeted warmly. We were afraid of the usual push to buy bigger better items that we really didn’t need. This is not the case as they just presented the facts in response to our questions. We walked out of the store with the price I’ll have to say was about $60-$70 over the average however the price of these fridge was not all that we had to take into account. We also had to get rid of a fridge and have the new fridge delivered. The Canadian appliance source offered free delivery and pick up of our old fridge. The final sales cost of our fridge model was $20-$30 below the norm but the purchase experience was above normal. I would have no problems recommending CAS In the future. Our rating of four out of five is merely because no one is perfect but CAS make every effort to be.

    Amazing service and pricing and very informative

    Salesman was very informative and happy to assist. Found what we wanted in our price range. Arranged for a speedy delivery. The delivery guys were very polite and very competent in their able to deliver the product safely and without damage.

    Kitchen remodel

    We did a kitchen Reno and ordered all new Whirlpool appliances and a range fan. The sales staff were extremely helpful and even researched what hood fan would work for our exhaust and high ceilings. We were advised the night before a time range for delivery and 10min before arrival I received a text. This was undoubtedly the smoothest deliver we have ever had.
