Have used this company multiple times for both property management and personal purchases. Easy purchase of fridge over the telephone for seamless next day delivery. Delivery tracking app worked wonderfully. Excellent communication updates. Friendly, efficient delivery even in the face of multiple flights of stairs - thank you Keith!! I purchased a Fridge from CAS. When I was in the store and explained my concern that the fridge may not fit, the salesperson stated that it would fit if I got the model with the handle on the right side. I did not want that however I purchased it as she said I could exchange it as the only way to tell if it would fit is when they delivered it. What she failed to tell me is that if I plugged it in, that would void the possibility to exchange it. I called her 20 minutes after delivery to see how I can exchange however she was on vacation. So I went to the store the next day and was advised to call the customer service after sales department. They refused to exchange since I had plugged it in already but I had it for only 1 day! Had I known not to plug it in as this would cancel the exchange policy, I would not have done so. I even offered to pay a restocking fee but they still said no. This was a very disappointing experience for me and will never shop at CAS again. It is best to buy from a retailer that had a better exchange/return policy. I need to purchase more appliances for my new condo and CAS is not where I will be shopping for it! Very disappointing experience.

Needed a new washer dryer, new what model I wanted. Had dealt with CAS in the past. So my decision was an easy one. Service and staff are cordial and meet your every need.

I looked at an LG washer and dryer set on May 4, when I accompanied my mother at CAS to purchase a fridge. On May 5, my washer broke down! On May 8, I contacted Som at CAS on Merivale: he was very helpful when we purchased my mother's fridge and I was hoping that he would help me purchase the washer and dryer set over the phone. He did! By doing so, he allowed me to avoid driving to the store from Kemptville and back... for which I'm very grateful! The delivery crew (LTi Logistics) was very professional and efficient. They removed the old appliances and installed the new ones within approximately 40 minutes. They were meticulous while working and pleasant to chat with. I highly recommend both CAS and LTi Logistics!
