Denis at the showroom in Toronto was easy to work with, responded to my queries and overall, made shopping for a high-end fridge a breeze. He carefully answered questions, highlighted some important features to consider when comparing fridges and overall, made the purchase a simple and quick transaction - which I wanted. Prices were also much better than at other stores.

I only had a few hours to select and purchase 4 kitchen appliances. The salesman Ray did a great job understanding my needs and then offering advice on which appliances would best fit my needs. Together we very quickly selected the right appliances and arranged delivery. I highly recommend Canadian Appliance Source and the salesman Ray. Lots of choice, good prices and professional advice.

I would like to say Thank You, to Carm Santino at the “Canadian Appliance Source” a very kind individuals who works there. I went online searching for overstocked appliance stores. I clicked on a link and a chat screen popped up asking if they can help, I wrote what I was looking for and Carm Santino who was on the chat screen responded, so I called and asked to speak to Carm and I am happy and thankful that I did. Carm was very helpful and patient in guiding me to the perfect item at the price I was looking for. I was looking for a microwave to give to my sister as a birthday present for her 73rd birthday and wanted it to be delivered before she went into the hospital for double mastectomy. Thank you CAS for the prompt delivery. I wish I had known about this company before but from now on I will definitely be using it and telling everyone about it but would most definitely ask to speak to Carm Santino when I told him who I was purchasing the item for and why he was very compassionate. Honestly there are not too many companies out there, who think about our older generation and their situation. On Tuesday we sold our washer and dryer. I knew what I wanted in a new washer. Did my research and found the best price at Paddy's Market. Unfortunately they could not deliver till near the end of August. I found a "new" store called Canadian Appliance Source in Whitby. So on Wednesday I went there. They matched Paddy's price! On Thursday I paid them and just as promised they delivered on Friday morning ! Delivery the next day ! Unheard of ! I want to thank the sales man Doug for being so patient with me, and their fantastic, polite delivery people. If you are looking for any appliance I highly recommend Doug and this place.

Be careful if you wish to cancel an order - they charge you a 25% of your entire bill as a non-refundable appliance This would not happen at any of the big box stores Just so you are aware

Sam at Canadian Appliance Source was a great salesman. Very knowledgeable, and no pressure. Fantastic store with incredible selection for all your kitchen needs. Highly recommended!! We will definitely be back more appliances.

Never shop here . We agreed to pay up front 100% of the purchase price to get the in stock appliances. The sales person confirm units were in stock at their warehouse. The sold them and we did not receive our appliances in time for our move. The store said they could not help us and forwarded us to customer service. Customer service basically said sorry about your luck. The salesperson put a note on their system saying we agreed to take delivery mid August . The only remedy they could offer was for us to pick up our appliances at their warehouse in Etobicoke if you need them sooner. I would never recommend them

Denis at CAS was very efficient in getting us promptly the machine we wanted and in arranging delivery the next day. The delivery by Ovation was also on time and efficient. A good job all around.

I found my Napoleon dream BBQ at CAS for an Excellent price, Chantelle was amazing she is very Good at her job Plan on investigating further appliance needs there first Check em out!
