CAS in Mississauga. Sales rep Gladwyn. Service great. Delivery amazing. Able to check as to when we would be next to have our delivery. Did not need to sit around for hours. Could not be happier with help in finding freezer and the speed of it arriving. Very impressed. Have never had anything to do with CAS before but certainly will deal with in the future.

Just bought a fridge and dishwasher from the store, run into some credit decline issue of not my fault, the staff Muz help me through the transaction professionally with lots of patience. Thanks Muzamel for your great help.......and......I got a great deal for my appliance.

it was a wonderful experience to shop with Canadian Appliance. They have plenty of models of everything. Although they do price match. They have lowest rate if you visit their store and there is no need to do window shopping. Chris Groleau was a good listener and explained each and everything with patience. I appreciate his humble and polite style.

Mark Yakut was my customer service rep. He was very professional and agreeable. The Maytag washing machine I purchased was replacing a broken Maytag . Unfortunately that only lasted 3 years. I guess they don't make them like they used to. I purchased this model MVWC416FW along with a 4 Year Ex Warranty. My tenants like the look of the machine and how well it cleans the cloths.

In a short phone call, I saved 1000$ and I got a better service than at anywhere else. Joanne Mailloux assisted me in that process and even, AFTER I bought my dishwashers, made a follow-up. I don't know any company who do that. Very professionnal, accurate. 5 out of 5!

We were shopping for a complete set of kitchen appliances and were assisted by Dan Thorenton, Ottawa store. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We got a fantastic price for the set. I highly recommend both Dan and CAS.

My wife and I went into Canadian Appliance looking for a new fridge and dishwasher, and perhaps a stove and over-the-stove microwave. Our salesman was helpful, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We ended up buying 4 Kitchenaid appliances after our salesman reviewed the features and benefits of the various options. He packaged this up with a 5-year extended warranty, a free mixer or set of pots and pans, an insanely low delivery price for all four items and an equally low price for taking away our old appliances. I received e-mails telling me the status of the order and links to the user guides for each of the appliances. I found the service to be excellent, the showroom is clean, bright and modern and the range of products is extensive. Now, about the delivery - only one word to describe it - fantastic! Two wonderful guys, they came in, assessed the layout of our house, took one of the front doors off the hinges and took the pictures off the wall. The old fridge was gone and the new stove came in, then the fridge. How those boys moved it up the stairs with only an inch to spare each side I do not know, but they did, and they didn’t scrape a wall or mark anything. Then the dishwasher and microwave came in, and then they put the handles on the fridge and after I connected the waterline they moved the fridge into place and they removed all the packing materials. Door back on its hinges, sign for delivery and they were gone. Fast, efficient and friendly. Perfect. Thank you CAS for setting this up for us and for making it such an easy experience with such positive outcomes.

After searching various sites for a new fridge, I came across the CAS website and found a wide selection and better prices than at other sites. We went to the store on Dufflaw and spoke to Dave in their sales department. He showed us various models and we completed a deal in approx. 15 minutes. We received delivery in 2 days. Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with CAS and Dave at any time in the future.
