Do not buy from this store, bought a Whirlpool refrigerator on Nov 6th told salesperson my current fridge is broken, was told new fridge will be there within 10 days. Was waiting for new fridge and after awhile called cx who informed me fridge will not be available until Nov 29th. Nobody bothered to call us and tell us that...because of this inconvenience I asked them to remove my old broken fridge without charging me any fees, they agreed and everything was ok. Come Nov 29th still no fridge so called cx again and now they are saying order is in back order till end of Dec.... I've been without a fridge and have been using a neighbour's small bar fridge for almost a month now and they expect me to wait another month?? I have toddler and newborn at home and I've been spending money on takeouts. I should have cancelled order when they first told me it delayed and went to a different company, save myself the inconvenience, money and headache but I really liked the fridge and given I was at the end of pregnancy at that time I didn't want to spend more time shopping for another fridge. That was a mistake because at this point I'm so frustrated, I've wasted money on takeouts and still no goddamn fridge yet credit card was charged. WHY SELL A PRODUCT TO A CX THAT KNOWING THAT PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE? I can understand waiting 10 days or even a month but for 2 MONTHS?? Especially after I spent that much money. And every time I called cx it takes forever for someone to pick up phone or call me back. The salesperson hasn't helped much, I want a discount for my inconvenience and he tells me I have to contact a manager when he himself can easily contact a manager. This guy will still get his bonus for selling me fridge even after all the inconvenience I been put put through. Called cx AGAIN and waiting for a call back.
