    kitchen appliance reno

    From the moment my wife and I entered the store KanWal ( sales rep)was extremely knowledgeable, he offered several options and discussed each product in great detail. We opted for a complete Bosch appliance package, the price and service cannot be beat! cheers G&A

    Great service and product selection

    Nick @ CAS helped us find the right stove and fridge for us very quickly -- made us a good deal for also taking a new range hood. CAS had the best prices online and a lot to look at in the showroom, with only major brands. Highly recommend them over Home Depot, Lowe's etc. I only took off one star for satisfaction because they charge for delivery, which the big box stores don't tend to do (for online purchases anyway). That said, the delivery is speedy -- only 3-4 days from placing the order.

    Bosch Dishwasher

    This was our first visit to a Canadian Appliance store. We were lucky to get Andrei Volintiru as our salesperson. He was knowledgeable, and very patient with all our questions and concerns.....and he gave us a great price! We would recommend this store, and this salesperson. Thank you, Andrei!

    Horrible customer service

    1) I scheduled pick up for microwave from Markham store on Friday but received an email Thursday night (5 minutes before closing) stating I needed to pick it up in etobicoke. I tried to contact Joseph about this mixup via phone and email with no response 2) After waiting on hold on for customer service for 15-20 minutes on Friday, I was told my microwave is at the Markham store 3) As I was unable change back my plans at the last minute to pick up on Friday, I referenced the email I was sent on Friday at 330pm where it confirmed my pick up location is markham and states that pick up hours include Saturday 10-5. When I arrived at the store on saturday morning, I was told by multiple staff that no pick ups on weekends. They proceeded to show me your website but I argued to show that the email I was sent on Friday regarding my pickup includes pick up hours on Saturday. After much arguing, I was permitted to walk into the adjacent room to pick my microwave out of 10 other items in the room and walk out of the store. Bad customer service overall. Conflicting information regarding pick up locations and hours. Would definitely not use again.

    Delivery

    Ordered the cooktop and saleman promissed that willl take 5 days to receive the item. I have been waiting for month. No one can be reached this company when you need them.

    Whirlpool Stainless Steel Fridge/Freezer

    Joseph went out of his way to help me with a "tight" situation and I am sincerely very grateful. I had to replace a stainless steel fridge that was unusually "shorter" than most. I'd visited 6 competitors previously and came up empty. I also had the challenge of matching stainless colouring to an existing stove that wasn't the same brand. Joseph researched the challenge and called me back the same day with a solution, a fridge which when reviewed, did have a high rated performance and all at a price that no other competitor could beat. I appreciated his honest, polite and efficient service so much I've already recommended his service to friends and family.

    Good information, good service and good price.

    I was looking to buy a new stove for our home. We had been using the older electric stove that was in the home when we purchased it. Visited Canadian Appliance Source and Louis Samonas was helpful in taking me through the gas vs electric debate. Ended up buying a GE Profile gas range and took delivery today. Looks good and can't wait to use it!

    Whirlwind refrigerator

    Do not buy from this store, bought a Whirlpool refrigerator on Nov 6th told salesperson my current fridge is broken, was told new fridge will be there within 10 days. Was waiting for new fridge and after awhile called cx who informed me fridge will not be available until Nov 29th. Nobody bothered to call us and tell us that...because of this inconvenience I asked them to remove my old broken fridge without charging me any fees, they agreed and everything was ok. Come Nov 29th still no fridge so called cx again and now they are saying order is in back order till end of Dec.... I've been without a fridge and have been using a neighbour's small bar fridge for almost a month now and they expect me to wait another month?? I have toddler and newborn at home and I've been spending money on takeouts. I should have cancelled order when they first told me it delayed and went to a different company, save myself the inconvenience, money and headache but I really liked the fridge and given I was at the end of pregnancy at that time I didn't want to spend more time shopping for another fridge. That was a mistake because at this point I'm so frustrated, I've wasted money on takeouts and still no goddamn fridge yet credit card was charged. WHY SELL A PRODUCT TO A CX THAT KNOWING THAT PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE? I can understand waiting 10 days or even a month but for 2 MONTHS?? Especially after I spent that much money. And every time I called cx it takes forever for someone to pick up phone or call me back. The salesperson hasn't helped much, I want a discount for my inconvenience and he tells me I have to contact a manager when he himself can easily contact a manager. This guy will still get his bonus for selling me fridge even after all the inconvenience I been put put through. Called cx AGAIN and waiting for a call back.

    In December we purchased appliances from Canadian Appliance Source (CAS)in Barrie. Jamie Lyon, sales at CAS was professional, informative and efficient. Good experience and we would return for future purchases.

    Samsung Appliances

    Muzamel at the Kitchener Branch was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the product line was excellent. I highly recommend talking to him if you need new appliances.
