Ive had my dryer fixed by a technician 5x and the company has informed me that their records show there is no issue, that despite a technician replacing parts there is no record of this. Despite having called this organization 5x for the same issue, the issue has yet to be resolved. I would NOT recommend this repair service organization, nor any of their technicians.Answer from pro:

Delivery and installation were all done promptly. Notice of delivery was sent a day prior and on day of received early call to provide me time window for delivery. There were no delays.
