Be Careful when purchasing from Nick, I purchased a Fridge and they were defiantly the lowest price. After was all said and done realized that I forgot to add the remove old fridge. When Nick was contacted he said he would look after it. When the guys came to deliver they had no paperwork to grab the old fridge and then were no help after that as the stores were closed. I did contact customer service as the delivery guys damaged my wall and moved my property onto my lawn and did not put back... shockingly no answer back from the managers that customer service forwarded too. In the end I got a great price but the 100 I saved I would have rather gone to another store as there customer service is usually much better than what I went through. I would not recommend dealing with this sales person.

Rajesh was nice and helped me get what i needed in a timely manner. I appreciated his knowledge and friendly manner. I would recommend Canadian Appliance Source to anyone needing appliances.

George was great! I called in and told him what I was looking for (not always easy to fit new appliances in an old house). He gave me some options over the phone, so we went by to see them for ourselves. There weren't a ton of small fridges on the floor but George was really helpful and explained all of our options. Delivery was really quick and the guys were really nice! Thanks again! I'll see you when it's time to upgrade my washer and dryer!

He was very knowledgeable about the specific Washer/Dryer model and he provided to me valuable advice for choosing the right machine. Ravi was a great sales associate he answered all our questions and made us make the final decision by no means pushy, we had done our homework on the appliances we wanted and wanted some further information and a great price. He delivered both. Explained pros and cons of the two different types of appliances and made us decide. Would recommend store to all. Thanks

Adib was a great salesman and should be praised for his salesmanship. He showed us everything we needed to see to decide on our appliances. Gave us time alone to decide. He communicated extremely well after the sale. Price was adjusted when the website lowered the price. He was extremely quick to answer emails and phone calls and when we needed our appliances in a hurry because our old fridge stopped working he was able to arrange a quick delivery. Usually salesman only worry about the sale, not Adib.

We've bought two washing machines at CAS in Hamilton, and we have received excellent service from Rick and Josh, as well as good prices on the machines. When we had a warranty question, CAS looked into it for us, and followed through with their promise. We'd recommend CAS to anyone shopping for appliances.

I had very bad experience with the company. They damaged the frame on my front door and refused to compensate me for the damage. My advise - don't deal with them. Almost all big box distributors will much and beat their prices and will deal with you fairly if something goes wrong. This company in my view has zero integrity.
