I was a little intimated when I first walked in to the store, not knowing a lot about appliances. I have to say meeting Scott Rogers made the purchasing of my appliances easy. He answered any questions I had even if they seemed silly. He was extremely helpful on matching other appliances to the stove i had picked out. Scott also researched to see if there was any additional discounts available and ended up saving me more money. Thanks again Scott for all your help. I will gladly recommend you to my family and friends

Terrible customer service. First they can't deliver on the day I had asked for and second they didn't even have the product in stock. No apologies, didn't seem to care or offer any solutions or suggestions. I had to ask for a refund and wait to hear back from the Manager. I wanted to support the local company, but very disappointed.

We went to CAS store on Dufflaw Road Toronto and dealt with Angelo Moutoulas for our purchases. Angelo was extremely helpful from the moment we walked into the store and showed us the the complete line of kitchen appliances demonstrating differences between makes and helping us decide. He was able to meet our requirements for the brand we picked and ensured we got the right series of wall oven, refrigerator, cook top and dishwasher for our needs. He also made great recommendations for laundry machines, ventilation fan and wine fridge. The price was competitive and all items available. Angelo also followed up quickly to our purchase request and made extra effort to ensure we availed of brand reductions in time.

Purchased a Samsung washer and dryer. Service was fast and friendly. Price was compeititve. Offered to provide additional services needed for my gas dryer through one of their subcontractors (I need to run a separate gas line).
