My experience with the Etobicoke CAS was positive in every way. Adib was helpful and thorough during the ordering process. I did a lot of research before purchasing and found their price was very competitive. Delivery was timely. The delivery personnel were professional and courteous. All in all, a good experience.

I needed 3 appliances and Ryan spent time showed us around and really cared. I was surprised with prices so low they would not care. Well quite the opposite. I have my daughter coming to purchase from him as well. I will tell everyone how great the service and company was. Thanks Ryan u were extemely knowledgeable and very helpful. One of the appliances I ordered was dead on arrival. Customer service was abysmal, replacement offered within 3 weeks (unacceptable), could only get a refund if I took broken appliance back to them (they wouldn't pick up). I had to leave several messages and sent several emails to get any response. It's clear that once they have your money they put no effort into customer service. To be fair, purchasing was easy and the sales agent was helpful.

I saw this product online and call the store. I spoke with Mike and he was very helpful and courteous to me and he help me get the best price I could get. The transaction was finalized efficiently and to my satisfaction.

I looked around for a great deal on a Bosch dishwasher. I found one at a well known large department store. retailer. The Bosch had excellent reviews on line. However they wanted nearly $1,000 and had only discounted it $100 from the MSLP. Then I went to Canadian Appliance Source. It was on sale for just over $700 (before taxes). As I had been to the department store initially I went back as they have price guarantee (if you find the same model advertised elsewhere etc.) No way. They don't match prices with Canadian Appliance Source. Some price guarantee. So I called Canadian Appliance Source. I had purchased from them before and they had me in their system. The salesperson immediately provided a further $50 discount from their advertised price. I placed the order then and there with a deposit. They sent me a link by e-mail so that I could pay the balance. Everything was so quick and efficient. My dishwasher was delivered within a couple of days. Exactly as ordered. So, in short, a great price, and very efficient, prompt service. Highly recommended.

I needed a new fridge fast since my old fridge was broken. I did some online research and found that CAS Ottawa has the best prices for what I was looking for. Also, the measurements of the appliances (and all other specs) are clearly stated on the website (I am restricted for size). Trevor showed me some floor models that met my requirements. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the appliances. There was no push to add on extended warranties or other features that I did not want. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. The fridge was delivered very quickly. I will definitely go back to CAS Ottawa when it's time to replace my other appliances.

I purchased a Maytag range with Fred and could not be any happier! He was courteous and explained model differences clearly. Final price was lower than competitors and CAS had actual stock too. Ordered on Saturday morning and picked up on Monday.

Came in to the store on Thursday knowing exactly what I wanted (I had printed their ad off the web). Met Josh within less than a minute, showed him what I wanted, he confirmed in another thirty seconds it was in stock, and I could have it delivered Monday (4 days). Confirmed I would get a phone call and an email confirming time frame (both happened as promised). Transaction in the store took 5 minutes max. The email was very detailed about preparation for delivery. Even though I managed to screw one thing up the delivery guys were patient and helpful. The website was easy to navigate and had detailed product info. Price for product and delivery/takeaway charge super competitive.

Misleading delivery dates and fail to honor commitments. When looking to purchase on line, it stated pickup available as early as Dec. 31 or delivery on Jan 4. After proceeding with purchase received an e-mail confirmation stating item was not available deliver as not in stock. Finally got a voice mail Jan 13 stating it was available and would be delivered on the 18th if balance was paid. Paid the balance online via their VISA link but when returned to CAS site it showed balance still unpaid and would not allow me to confirm a delivery date. Sent e-mail to CAS stating was not allowing me to schedule, that payment was confirmed (checked online banking), and asking they schedule delivery ASAP. Followed up by phone on Monday because they did not reply. I was told they would not deliver until Jan 25 despite their original voice mail stating they would deliver on the 18th if payment was made.
