Daniel at the Ronson Dr store is very helpful. Pricing was very transparent and we felt that we received a very fair price. We wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for any further purchases.

I've used Canadian Appliance before and will use them again. Went in and saw Joseph and in less than an a hour had bought 6 appliances at competitive pricing with very helpful service. Had a bit of a problem on delivery (try not to choose Monday or Friday) but Andre, the Manager, sorted that out very effectively. Very satisfied and I will be back when we move.

Josh Zinga, Sales Associate, helped us with our choices. He is extremely knowledgeable with all the products and services that he represents. He is right to the point and made our experience exceptional. I would highly recommend Josh, and the company that he represents. We did some shopping around beforehand and anyone that works for a company should know what they are talking about. Highly recommended for sure. Wait there's more.... Best appliance experience ever!!

NIck Brady gave me excellent phone sales service in my selection of an electric range. Despite the busy sales period, he was patient and respectful and I confident about the information he provided.

I simply called this store to purchase a part for my stove, they referred me elsewhere. I was so happy with their level of customer service I decided to visit the store. The first day I purchased a new refrigerator and the next I purchased a new Range. They have a great web site, a beautiful showroom and some knowledgeable staff. Jamie walked me through the many options and never attempted to up-sell as so many other sales people do. If you want great service and no pressure sales this is certainly the place to shop.

A very enjoyable experience, Ajay our salesperson was very Professional and was able to answer all our questions . Will be delivered upon our return from Florida. We will return in the future to purchase other appliances.

I found a GE microwave on the company website for a good price. I called and spoke to Ajay who assured that he had the product in stock. I asked him for the address, and told him that I would be coming in right away to make the purchase. Once I arrived, he told me that the product was not there, although it was in stock. I told him that I made the trip because of what he told me. No apology whatsoever. I became upset and luckily spoke to another salesperson, Angelo, who quickly resolved the issue by giving me an even better price on the unit and arranging delivery. Ajay needs to take lessons in customer service from Angelo. I will only deal with Angelo in the future.

Mark Turqut Yakat ensured that we were aware of the best appliances to fit our needs. Listened carefully to features we were looking for in each appliance. He then did his best to make sure that we were getting the best price on each appliance. He carefully explained the extended warranty and made it affordable for us to purchase. The washer, dryer and microwave were back ordered but he talked to his manager to try and get them for us. The only appliance missing on delivery was the dryer! We appreciate Mark!

I am delighted by the customer service offered by Ryan a Noble and his team and Hamilton store. Not only good price and great deal but also best way to serve their customers need. Helpful attitude. Ryan also help me find some other great deals on his etobicoke location as I wanted to see some clearance stock. He was patient and assisted me in using my gift cards for this purchase. Needful to mention I was highly disappointed and unhappy with Etobicoke store team's attitude and customer service. Rude and not helpful at all.
