I've been shopping around for new kitchen appliances and I found Canadian Appliance Source had some of the best prices. While ordering, it was clear that they were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Definitely a very good service and I am extremely satisfied with my new appliances! Even the delivery team was good. If you decide to order from them ask for Gladwyn, he's the best!

Fred Capobianco was our sales rep. He was very professional and courteous. CAS had a great price, item was in-stock, and we were able to pick up next day at their warehouse. We would recommend using CAS and will do so next time we need a new appliance.

Ordered quite a few new appliances for kitchen renovation (oven, cooktop, downdraught, wine fridge, tv, dishwasher). Most items arrived as planned but we have had major issues with the downdraught. The original item we ordered was on backorder so we waited quite a few weeks only to be told on the expected day of delivery that they could not now supply it. This caused us major issues as the kitchen was being installed at that time. So we had to switch to another model at an additional cost + incur future costs for installation as it was not available when it should have been (costing us over $1000.00 extra). An alternate downdraught was then ordered with a quoted delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks (we explicitly went for one which had a quick delivery time given the time pressures) but that failed to arrive as promised with no updates being provided leaving us with no kitchen over the Xmas period. I then followed up early in new year and was told that it would be available in the next two weeks (they told me they had spoken to the supplier so seemed positive) but when I following up at the end of those two weeks I was then told they do not know when it will be available. Overall they are good at selling appliances but very poor at delivering them. We are now 3 months on from ordering the downdraught and we are no closer to knowing when we will get it leaving us with an unusable kitchen.

Purchased range hood from Canadian Applicance at Dufflaw location. Was very happy to have dealt with George who was a tremendous help and very personable. With a million decisions to make during this reno George helped decide on a great appliance at a great deal. He showed us several options and explained the differences between the various units. Can't say how much we appreciated the great service. Thanks, again George!

We decided to purchase new appliances and visited Canadian Appliances based on their website. We met Imran and he was excellent to work with. He helped us put together a great package for us. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He followed up and responded immediately to our few questions. We are very happy with the experience and would recommend the store and Imran.

I needed a new fridge fast since my old fridge was broken. I did some online research and found that CAS Ottawa has the best prizes for what I was looking for. Also, the measurements of the appliances (and all other specs) are clearly stated on the website (I am restricted for size). I picked a fridge and went to the store. The fridge I wanted was not in stock. But Louis was extremely helpful finding a fridge with the same specs that could be delivered fast. He also matched the prize to my original choice. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. The fridge was delivered very quickly. I will definitely go back to CAS Ottawa when it's time to replace my other appliances.

We went to Canadian Appliance Source at Dufflaw Road on last Sunday as refereed by Ajay (Regular customer) to purchase a laundry center. We were greeted by Joseph and showed us all the models that we were interested. He was very helpful to go through all relevant detail in order for us to make our decision.We purchased a washer and dryer -Laundry Center and awaiting delivery.
