I heard so much about this combo washer and dryer that I decided to purchase one. I've been to different stores and spoke to different sell clerk and again I'm back at Canadian Appliance to purchase this item. I find the sell clerk very friendly and they go out of there way to answer questions. I'm looking forward in using the washer/dryer.

My wife and I went to store just to check out some stoves without any intention to buy that day. But Dave Thomas happened to show us around and compared various models. His pleasant manner and product knowledge made us feel comfortable and gave us enough confidence to buy a GE Cafe range and a Braun ventilation hood at very reasonable prices. My wife is very happy with the stove and hope she likes the Braun ventilation hood E661 when installed. Thanks Dave.

Trevor was very professional and helpful with all aspects of the transaction. He even added in an additional discount that was not apparent on the website that saved me even more. He answered all my questions and helped me make a smooth pickup.

Ordering was smooth, ran into some glitches that were handled efficiently, promptly and to my satisfaction. Cant ask for any more than that. An added bonus was the price, beat all competitors significantly. Live in Carleton Place but it will say Palm Beach where we are vacationing.

In the process of prepping my house for sale, my dryer stopped working. As my washer was the same age, I decided that it would be best to buy a new washer/dryer. I related my sad story to Alex Polak and he promptly showed me a few of the appliances that were on sale. No pressure tactics, just gave me lots of information and I chose my set. I was so relieved I could stay within my budget and delivery was within days! Thank you Alex!!

Friendly salesman and very easy to deal with and suggested a better washer/dryer that was on sale. I am so happy with the upgrade. Delivery was on time and efficient.

Our old fridge/freezer broke. I sent an email to Adip with my specifications for a new freezer and asked for a quote. He sent to me his two recommendations. Both had a better price than the big box store we checked. I ordered, paid, and the shipment came two days later, as scheduled. The delivery people were courteous and called me twice pinpointing arrival timing. All in all great price and great service.
