My purchase experience at Canadian Appliance Source, Mississauga with Brian Hope was what was expected . He was not pushy with the sale but listened to my needs . It was pleasant and it was easy to make up my mind. I went in to purchase a kitchenaid dishwasher. Well lit store and great pricing.

I called CAS witch I had not idea who they were , this fine gentleman by the name of Morgan Sutherland( nice name) very polite and informative in no time he found the article that I was looking for . In Cornwall they told me in October that my order would come in early Nov. no word from them until I went to see Dec. 6th to see what is going on , was told delivery date Dec. 16th .. Dec 15th got a call not available . So I'm very please for Morgan for taking care of my situation in less then a few minutes. Thanks again Morgan for the fast service and understanding my case . By the way he spoke English so It was easy for me to understand and I will recommend Morgan to all my elderly friends.

Purchased a dishwasher and fridge on two separate occasions both times dealing with Imran. Excellent person to deal with. If planning to attend, seek him out. He will assist you in a professional manner.

I bought a dishwasher and was about to intall it when i noticed the handle was damaged and front panel had a slight tear in the stainless steel. I brought it back the same day and it was replaced with a new unit. Very quiet. Good price. Good product. Great service. I am sure I will buy more products from this salesman again. Thanks Morgan.

Canadian Appliance Is my best option to buy great appliances and Brian Hope is so nice and very accommodating person. He make good advice favoring customer. Always smile with customer. A bit of down side, he's always busy with the customer.

Dealt with Morgan when I researched my potential purchases over 6 months prior. When I called back to order after 6 months, Morgan remembered me and actually had saved the details of our discussions. This made ordering the products very easy by phone. Morgan was excellent, detailed, organized and provided all the answers to my questions. The prices quoted beat the competition. One item was priced cheaper with a sale at a competitor and Morgan made up for the price difference. I highly recommend Morgan and CAS to anyone in the market for new appliances.
