    Washer and Dryer

    I was looking to get a new washer and dryer last minute and have it shipped to Vancouver. I had the privilege of meeting Joseph at 65 Dufflaw Ave and he was able to assist me and have everything arranged to be shipped out with in a few days. This was the most easiest transaction I have done as I am grateful for meeting Joseph and having him provide excellent service. Thank you Canadian Appliance Source for the great experience. I highly recommend anyone to reach out to this company when you need immediate and great service .

    Kitchen Reno

    we searched on line for the best prices to purchase a dishwasher and over the range microwave. We were impressed with the site for Canadian Appliance Source on Merivale road. We made our way to their store and we were greeted by Jamie Malamud, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the appliances we were looking for. The information he provided regarding the different brands and options offered by various companies helped us in our final decision. There were no pressure tactics , simply a friendly and courteous service. We will for sure return to CAS in the future.

    Kitchen Renovations

    I went to 2 big box stores looking for a dishwasher & stove hood fan, and the service was terrible. So I tried Canadian Appliance Source on Merivale Rd & met sales associate Trevor Payer. He was very professional, very personable, and knew the products extremely well. Based on his recommendations & our research on his computer, I selected 2 products at a very competitive price. The dishwasher & fan were just delivered to my home, precisely on time & with good delivery guys. I recommend Trevor & CAS for your appliance needs.

    Kitchen Reno

    Thank you Dan! I had a poor experience at another store and decided to check out Cdn Applicance Source (because I was in the area). I was greeted by Dan and was very pleased with both his knowledge and his ability to listen to my needs and present options in my price range without pressuring me to buy more expensive options. Not only was the service great but the prices were very good also.

    Kitchen renovation

    We searched every dealer in kitchen appliances in our area and across the border in Washington State. In the end only Kitchen Appliances in Metro Toronto had the item we were searching (a slide-out hood fan). Even after errors in sizing on our part, our sales representative, Louis Samonas, bore with us and, as I write this, a new model is on its way to us. We greatly appreciate the patience and forbearance of Louis and will happily continue to give him and this company business.

    New Kitchenaid dishwasher

    My husband and I went to CAS a few weeks ago to look for a new dishwasher and was greeted by Trevor at the Merivale store. We explained what we were looking for (we had some pretty specific requirements) and Trevor immediately brought us to a few models that fit our needs and budget. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He gave us a good price without being pushy or overselling us. We also used the installer he recommended and he was fantastic. Overall a good experience and we will return for our next appliance purchase.

    Great Sales service but poor support

    We recently purchased a BlueStar range from Canadian Appliance Source which is covered by a one-year manufacture's warranty and then we purchased a 4-year extended warranty. After installation the stove started to trip the breaker during the warm-up phase. Our electrician tested the circuit with other appliances and none caused the circuit to break. I called CAS and asked about repair. I was told that they would contact BlueStar and I would hear from an authoirzed service repair company in 24 to 48 hours. After not hearing back for a week (Customer Service is closed on the weekends) I called CAS back. I was told I would have to call BlueStart and manage the situation. "We made the inital call and have done everything that we can. " I was also told that my 4-year warranty would have the same process - with the customer having to manage the repairs through a 3rd part service and CAS providing no support. CAS did not mention anything about this during this during the sales process. To add insult to injury, when I called BlueStar in the US, the very helpful customer service rep had no information from CAS on the sale. This is extremely concerning as we also purchased other appliances with this order and I now have to send purchase information to BlueStart but also check that the other manufacturers the order information on file. CAS will not allow me to speak with a manager, that 'they were in a meeting' and would only provide an email address to which I could write. While initially suggesting that I could call back and hopefully reach the manager when no longer in a meeting, the customer service rep eventually admitted that it is company policy to not connect customers with managers over the phone and only provide the email address. I questioned the ethics of suggesting I call back when she clearly knew that I would never be passed onto a manager. Completely disappointing and I will not buy appliances from CAS again.

    Range hood

    Louie was very helpful and ensured I selected the correct range hood for my range. This review process is annoying as it makes you type in at least 30 words.

    Samsung 4K UHD 50 inch

    The gentleman "Trevor" who served us was extremely polite and professional. Provided excellent service and advice. Also went out of his way to provide his personal email just in case we may have had some issues. Will surely recommend CAS to others. Thank You to Trevor and The staff at CAS for their dedication.
