It was a very easy shopping experience with no pressure but valuable advice. Alex took time to demonstrate and explain different options. He came across as knowledgeable and helpful sales representative.

I recently moved into a house with old appliances. First the refrigerator stopped working. I went to see Mark Yakut at Canadian Appliance Source. He helped me select a refrigerator for the space (very small due to built in cabinets). The delivery people were awesome! They had to put the old refrigerator on its back to get it out of the space! They were very careful - no scratches or damage and they were very courteous, professional. Next the washing machine broke down. Mark greeted me like a long lost friend and helped me pick a new washer and dryer. He compared features and prices (better than any of the "big box stores". Looking forward to the same delivery service.

I just recently purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer from Canadian Appliance Source. We were very quick to make our decision and we were impressed by Mark Turqut Yakut from the Ronson location. He gave us a good price and was very informative on the product, answering all our questions. We hope the delivery goes as smoothly as the purchase.

Good sales experience. No pressure, just knowledge and advice. Several options were presented, but the lower cost alternative was recommended. Easy shopping experience. No opinion on the product yet as it has not yet been installed. But the salesman, Louie, arranged for the delivery and installation.

We decided to renovate our kitchen and get some new appliances, including fridge, cooktop, hood, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Alex Polak provided excellent support helping in the selection of the appliances and service until the finalization of the selection (including a few selection changes) and delivery of the merchandise to our home. We are very satisgfied with CanadianAppliances and his rep Alex Polak.

We were looking for new appliances as part of a kitchen renovation project and purchased fridge, stove, dishwasher and venting hood. Sales Rep, Jamie, was knowledgeable and personable and provided excellent service. He understood our needs and offered a full range of options and the benefit of his experience with various brand names.

I had been looking for the built in appliances for the new home. Went to shop at Canadian Appliances Source, where Adib, the sales person approached me and showed the Bosh appliances and explained the features and gave me a good deal. I was impressed with his professional salesmanship and bought the appliances. Very happy. We will definitely recommend the Canadian Appliance Source and Adib to our friends and relatives

I purchased a washer dryer combo unit from their website, the order was confirmed and they said it would arrive within 7 days. After 7 days, it did not arrive. I called and they said the unit I ordered was not in stock. They said it would take a few more weeks to arrive. I said that I was told it would be there in 7 days and that they should have informed me it would take longer. The salesperson offered me a different unit and I accepted and it did arrive within 7 days. The delivery team did not test the unit at all when they delivered it. The unit has not been functioning properly at all. The drying function does not work (Ariston combined washer dryer) and the wash cycle stops and starts throughout and the temperature changes automatically for no reason. I called on October 5th and said I want to exchange this machine. They told me to email a return form. I emailed the form in as requested and I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours to arrange a service call. After 48 hours, I did not hear anything from them. 7 days later, I still did not hear anything so on October 13th I called and they said they would arrange a service call for the next day. The service call finally came and the technician said there was nothing wrong with the unit, because each function worked for a few seconds. Of course, he didn't test the full four hour cycle with actual clothes in the machine. So the service call (which is a different company than Canadian Appliance Source) did not authorize the store to do the exchange of the unit. This store will not accept any unit back if it has been used. Even though it says clearly on their website "Our goal is that our customer be fully satisfied with the products and service that we offer" they definitely do not live up to this standard at all. The customer service person I spoke to on the phone was rude, condescending and constantly interrupted me. I am very unhappy with the customer service, with the delays, lack of replies, misleading salespeople and lack of functionality of this machine. I would definitely NOT recommend anyone ever use this store. Read the reviews and complaints on Better Business Bureau.
