To start, I have to state that I have contacted customer service and I was told they would get back to me in 48 hours... that was last week. Last Wednesday I had a refrigerator delivered and it was a horrible experience; terrible, condescending delivery people mishandling the appliance, badly damaging the plug, bashing door frames and refusing to move my old fridge after I was charged extra for that service …and I have not yet received a refund for the extra charge despite asking for it. This brand new refrigerator has not stopped making loud intermittent rattling noises and I’m so very unhappy with this situation!! A friend was just telling me about her delivery from Caplan’s and how terrific the people were when they delivered her refrigerator ...and she did not pay substantially more than I did! Canadian Appliance Source needs to consider that they are sending their unprofessional delivery people into the homes of their customers!!

...seriously?? I already reached out!! ...before posting a bad review!! Please do not write some BS response like you care about your customers! So far there is no evidence of that at all! HomeStars has everybody thinking your company is descent, but if you dig a little deeper my negative experience is repeated time and time again on YELP, RED FLAG DEALS and even the BBB website!
If you are sincerely concerned about my complaint, respond here, publicly... I ask you, what are you going to do about my situation?
