Pleased with how easy CAS made it for me to buy and receive this fridge. After having looked at a few fridges I decided on the one I wanted, and I love that I was able to chat with someone from CAS online to complete the purchase. The rep (Akashdeep from Surrey store) answered all my questions and set up the order. Delivery was fast, simple, and smooth. Not the first time I've bought an appliance with CAS, probably won't be the last.

An employee contacted me via the website chat feature to offer in-store discounts for the item I was looking at. We then spoke by email and later by phone to complete my order. He was very helpful and made the purchase and delivery process seamless. The delivery company contacted me the day before with a delivery time window, then sent text updates on the day-of with more specific timing which Ive never seen a delivery company do and was great.

I never thought someone could mislead this much. Tried to buy appliance on the website and was given an offer online , and the sales person in the chat asked me to pay online I told him I will only pay in store as I dont really trust online payments so as I went to the store and tried paying with a sales staff I realized the offer he made was missing the warranty he promised I called and confronted for him only to say he never made that promise despite me having it written in chat , he hung up on me, I called back and he said I hung up on him, he also said I had said I will pay online and he was wondering why I was in the store , but he had told me I can go pay in the store I had screenshots of our chat. He than called said to me I am not telling the truth. I never spoke to such a dishonest sales person . This company is such bad vibes and they will be so desperate to get sales from you tricking you in making you believe they will offer a service while they dont.

In store service was good. We went in and greeted, left left alone to look throughout the store. Within the appropriate time we were asked if help was needed. A sale was then made. The delivery was prompted, on time, and the delivery guys were nice. Everything was communicated through text as a confirmation and timing, price was accurate.

My washing machine died on December 23rd. In a panic, I started shopping for a new one, which I found, with a delivery date of January 4th. I was supposed to get a call a couple of days before the delivery but never did so I called. Thats when I was told I wasnt going to get my delivery because the machine was in production!!! Long story short, I wish I had known about CAS, I would have gone straight to them in the first place! I will definitely be going back!

Our freezer stopped working in our old fridge so we looked online and found one we like on the Canadian Appliance Source website. The online ordering process was easy and the companys communication is top-notch! The delivery was confirmed the day before and I was given a tracking link so I knew when to expect the truck. They were right on time! The guys were friendly and efficient.
