We ordered a Bosch stove from them. It was delivered exactly when we wanted. Their delivery process is very transparent and we were updated throughout the day so we didn't have to hang around all day.

We had purchased before from Canadian Appliance Source, about a year ago. We needed 2 more items and returned as we had been treated so well. The items from Canadian Appliance Source were to be delivered to 2 different locations on the same day. We were again very impressed with the whole purchase and delivery of the goods. They were extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. We will definitely be going there for all our large appliance needs.

My previous washing machine stopped working and I needed a new one immediately. Canada Appliance had what I needed in my desired price point and it was delivered quickly and carefully by two men a few days after purchase. They made sure the machine was working properly before leaving and were respectful of the premises. A very positive experience overall.

Purchased a great freezer online. Everything was clearly laid out. I also got the delivery and take away the old appliance services. Almost immediately after I purchased I received a call from Nishta confirming everything and setting up a delivery date and time. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. In the interim I received texts and emails with updates. The day before delivery I received a window for delivery and in the day I received live tracking info and two notices re timing. The delivery folks were fantastic. They checked out the path and area first, unboxed in the truck and got the new freezer in place and took the old one away in record time. They as well were very professional and friendly. I cant say enough positive things about my whole experience.

The entire shopping experience - from start to finish- was excellent. The agent gave us more discounts (free delivery and pick up of our old washer) without me even asking. The gentlemen who delivered our washer were professional and friendly throughout. Highly recommend this store!
