Found me an emergency repalcement stove when i needed it did it well within the price that I needed to spend with every option that I wanted. They even helped me out on the extended warranty for the product making sure that I would not have the same issue again. Thank you so much for your help

I purchased a new washing machine from CAS a couple of weeks ago. The assistance that I received from Treyor Payer was terrific: he is knowledgeable and very helpful. And the price was very competitive. I was very pleased with the purchase. But the delivery service was another matter. The appliance was delivered by a third party, Roy Delivery. I was given a 4 hour window within which the item was to be delivered: they showed up a half-hour late (with no notification that they would be late). The installation was sub-standard: I discovered that they installed the water hoses incorrectly (cold to hot and hot to cold) and did not level the machine properly. But the piece de resistance was that despite the fact that I paid to have the old machine removed, they failed to do so. The contract specifies that the removal does not include electoral or plumbing disconnection; so I disconnected everything. But they wouldn't take the washing machine because it had a pedestal. With a neighbor's assistance, I had to disconnect the pedestal and call CAS to pick up the machine, for which CAS charged me an additional $60. I found this completely unreasonable. So I would caution potential customers that the company does seem to engage in sharp practices.

Morgan was extremely Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to purchase a new washing machine quickly. I feel like I got a good price. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend to friends!

I would highly recommend shopping at the Canadian Appliances store in Nepean: grate prices, great stuff! I've never had a salesman like Trevor Payer. He knows how to do business and He cares for his customers. He took the time to save me additional money after my deal was already done. Superior customer service! I recommend Trevor Payer to anyone looking for a new appliance.

Arriving early Saturday morning, our family received top notch timely customer service and genuine caring from Sales Associate (Philip C.). Philip provided thoughtful and practical advice that enabled us to build our dream kitchen. We were able to compare and contrast a variety of brand names with varying features. Getting the Bosch brand at an affordable price was both unexpected and welcome. A well-suited package of appliances was put together that will complement our new kitchen. Recommendations: Ask for Philip C. and set aside a few hours. It is well worth your time.

After 30 plus years we finally broke down and needed to purchase a new 'fridge. Our old Inglis workhorse was tired. Canadian Appliance Source was one of three locations recommended. The experience was very good, but made even more pleasant by sales rep Philip Costa. He helped us find a 'fridge that would meet our particular needs- size,colour, and price. The delivery went according to plan.Thanks again Philip. Look forward to working with you again.

I have been researching for months as I need to purchase appliances for my newly built home and caught on very quickly that CAS is the place to base most pricing on. Consistently CAS comes under the competition in pricing. I have been on their website no less than fifty times over the past several months, comparing pricing and model features. I decided on what I was going to purchase, then watched the site. Much to my surprise, and delight, occasionally floor models become available. I was able to purchase two of my major appliances at a astounding cost savings. I added five year extended warranties and the savings was still substantial. But, because they are floor models, they must be delivered within 10 days of purchase. This posed a problem for me as I don't take possession of my new home until May 2016. This is where Danielle comes in. She went over and above to ensure that my delivery will done after I take possession on May 19th, and they will deliver it to my new home town of Lindsay. I am so grateful and pleased. I have been to every other store selling major appliances, but I felt manipulated and not treated fairly at any of those places... So, in my opinion, CAS is by far the best appliance store in the GTA! Danielle, once again, thank you.

when you start on a renovation you get overwhelmed very quickly on what you need vs what you want vs cost. Then we have the appliances and the different options.
