I had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel Torres the Cartwright store and what a pleasure he was to deal with. He was very knowledgeable with the products we were comparing. I'm so happy to have dealt with him and Canadian Appliance you really feel like a winner when you leave! We ordered several appliances from this company. Due to a family situation we did not install the dishwasher until several months later. When we looked under the insulation, we discovered that it was severely damaged from the factory. We called the company and dealt with Katelyn Fudge. From the beginning she was so professional and helpful. We received our new dishwasher yesterday and are very happy. Katelyn - Thank you SO much for all of your help with this issue. You were so nice and accommodating and we really, really appreciate it. I felt it was outstanding customer service, and I will definitely be buying my next set of appliances through your company.

Very pleased with the price Ravi offered me for a gas range and a 4 door std fridge. Attentive and knowledgeable, he got us a better price than what we had in mind. One appliance was open box, but looks practically new. I will be looking also for a dish washer and a hood, and my eyes will stay on this store until we'll make our decision on the brand/model. Random visits without talking with a salespersons will not really impress you. I don't know about the others, but Ravi did a great job. And a little secret: watch the sales on their websites if you know exactly what you want.

Just before boxing day I had strolled into this store for the first time. I was greeted right away. I was introduced to Phil. He was very courteous, informative and willing to help. He showed me a few products that I was interested in purchasing. Before you know it I walked out buying a washer, dryer, dishwasher, one pedestal for the dryer and another small washing machine which acts as a pedestal for the main washing machine (mainly used for delicate garments) . We found our dream range at Canadian Appliance Source while researching online. They had an amazing promotion on that seemed to good to be true. As our renovation dragged, on CAS had no problem holding onto our range for 2 months extra! A week before delivery, I called and ordered a fridge. They tacked it on my range delivery saving me more $$! We're using the fridge and it's even better than I had hoped with excellent lighting and huge open shelves. The drip guards are small (which I prefer) and the plastic feels strong. I haven't installed the stove but it was rated the best in its class by Consumer Reports so I'm not concerned I'll have any trouble. It's gorgeous with die-cast knobs, a giant self-cleaning, convection oven and 6 burners of varying BTU's. The delivery was punctual, friendly and thoughtful. I am completely pleased!

Philip Costa was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and concerns we had making it a very easy decision towards which dishwasher best suited our needs. Washer broke unexpectedly January 2nd and independent repairman told us not to repair and recommended a particular brand. I browsed the internet and compared Sears, Corbeil, B&M, The Brick, but was drawn to Canadian Appliance by their adds and search result. On Monday, January 4th I contact CAS Ottawa and spoke with Morgan Sutherland. I enquired about a specific model and he was most helpful and instructed me that deliveries to my area were schedule for the upcoming Thursday. I needed to verify one other details at a competitor, but quickly called Morgan back. At that time, I asked Morgan to recommend one of three washers I was now looking at. Much to my surprise and delight, he recommend the same brand the repairman did - which happened to be the least expensive model. However, unlike the repairman he did not bash the other models, he simply advise me that the model he recommended was the best value - price, performance and quality. Also, realizing that I could not go another week without a washer, he worked his magic to get me my washer even earlier than planned. I will definitely return to CAS Ottawa for any future appliance needs I may have and call on Morgan to advise and assist in this process.

I purchased a new washer and dryer. Great service, super price. The store delivered, disconnected and disposed of the old appliances and installed the new ones with new hoses and vent for a very, very low fee. The staff were courteous and did not dent my walls :) The purchase of appliances and all the services were about $1,450. I could not find a lower price anywhere. I would happily shop here again

My wife and I had been searching for a good deal on quality appliances. She found Canadian Appliances on line and that they carried the specific models of refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwashers she was looking for at very good prices. We decided to make the journey into Toronto from Whitby to check them out. We were served by Ravi Kohli, a polite and knowledgeable sales representative. What impressed us most was the Great patience Mr Kohli demonstrated while we vacillated for some hours comparing features, pricing and asking innumerable questions. Then offering his professional guidance to get us the best deal.
