WARNING! This place is the worst! The have low prices BUT do not be fooled. Paying the extra money for the item is worth it as you will at least receive the item, on time, you wont have to follow up with rude people for 2 months and then receive a product that does not work. I have used this place twice now. I had a terrible experience the first time and should have stayed away, but with a lower price then other stores i decided to try again. What a mistake!. I ordered an item and was told 3 different times that our item would be delivered. After 1.5 months our item was finally ready. It was delivered missing the manual and a few parts and once installed the item did not even work. We called and no one would call us back. We received a return form via email with NO introduction, NO instructions and NO basic information. It was simply a form with out anything else. What kind of customer service is that? I called 2 more times and no one answered. I have no idea what is happening and what the next steps are other then figuring the form needs to be filled in. NO idea how this will end but i can tell you i have learned my lesson. I will never use them again and warn all others to pay the extra money and go elsewhere!.
