Great experience start to finish. Lots of models to compare, very knowledgeable staff. Reassured us that yes, we can fit it through the door! Delivery was quick, on time, very professional. Even to removing the doors off the fridge in the rain so it would fit through our old front door. Even made the old fridge disappear! Would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I know where I'll be going for future appliance needs.

Company leaves you stranded to work out your issues with the manufacturer if your appliance is defective. They don't participate in warrantee exchange programs with Whirlpool and tell you to call them because they wash they're hands of any problems. There's no way to speak directly with CAS after sales support, they make you email your complaints and get back to you in two days. Ask to speak to a a specific person or manager about your concerns and they'll tell you they can't do that.

What more could you want? Cost competitive, quick turnaround (next day delivery), and kind and professional sales and delivery personnel. Excellent experience overall and would highly recommend.
