Great Experience! Met George from Canadian Appliance, and found him very helpful during my adventure purchasing laundry on behalf of my parents who are older and unable. Got a very good understanding of what was involved with our changes, as the laundry room was to be moved to a different area of the home. I was looking to purchase top notch appliances for our new build home at a great price and did Canadian Appliance Source deliver! I wasn't really expecting to buy from anywhere but the Brick or Whirlpool as we had great discounted deals on appliances through work buying programs with these companies. After receiving price quotes from both companies for KitchenAid dishwasher and fridge plus LG washer and dryer combo I figured no regular deals would come close but figured I should search the web and due my due diligence before making such a large purchase. Good thing that I did, for the exact same 4 appliances Canadian Appliance Source came in with the better prices for each appliance, which ended up saving us an additional $1,200 or so...and this was off of unposted pricing through company deals!!! I made all these purchases on their website without having visited the Ottawa location store as the website said the deals ended that day. When purchasing the washer and dryer online I was not offered the option to purchase extended warranties so I called the next day and spoke with Gary, Assistant Manager, at the Ottawa location by phone and he set me up with the warranty I wanted for both at a discounted price. (Why not extend the warranties 4 years when you have saved so much money...it was like getting them for free!) A few days after making the purchase online and confirming everything with Gary by phone we found out the fridge we had purchased was not a good fit for our kitchen (thought space for fridge was standard depth...turned out to be counter depth) so we went into the store location to select a different fridge. We pretty much had the one we wanted selected before arriving but Gary still went over everything with us and once again was able to discount the extended warranty. On top of the price of the replacement fridge was quoted lower through one of the work offers and Gary was able to beat that price for us too! We are extremely satisfied with the sales service we have received up until this point and expect that when the time comes taking delivery of the appliances will run just as smoothly. CAS website prices change daily as they monitor competitors offers so you do have to be watching closely as great deals can come and go quickly, but they are there to be found. I also would highly recommend going into the actual location in Merivale to deal with the sales staff as they can offer you additional savings the website never will! Hope you all have an experience with CAS that was as positive as ours was!

I had a problem ordering my dishwasher on line. I called Canadian Appliance and I got Gary on the phone. (ext. 301) He was very helpful. He had the order done in seconds. I have kept his extension. When I need another appliance I will recommend Canadian Appliance and will give Gary"s name and extension. I am very pleased with the service I received from him. Already told many friends and family!!!!!!

I bought a washer and dryer pair from CAS. Spoke to Ravi and he was very helpful. They had the lowest price and the service was good. It took a while for the washer to be delivered as it was back ordered but overall a good experience. The delivery people were very helpful and pleasant.
