    electric range

    After deciding on the model range that I wanted,I shopped around for the best price. The CAS ad promised delivery in five days. When I called, I found out that delivery was five days AFTER AIC GET IT IN. I consider that part of the ad deceptive. That being said,they were a pleasure to deal with. They had by far the best price. They promised to deliver the stove in my time frame and kept their word. They delivered it promptly and professonally. Staff were always courteous and helpful to me. Overall, I had a positive experience with CAS.

    Dishwasher and BBQ

    I just recently bought a new dishwasher and BBQ grill from Canadian Appliance Source. All I can say is that I am thrilled with them! Great customer service, quick delivery and everyone I had spoken to was so nice and knew exactly what I needed. Would definitely use them again and recommend to a friend!

    Cook top

    They had a relatively rare size of cook top needed for our condo and it was at a good price. The on-line order page is confusing as to whether the order has been processed and it took a couple of calls to figure out what was happening. I picked it up a it felt as though I was imposing on the staff to actually show up to pick up the item.

    Gas range

    I wanted to buy a range on clearance but didn't want immediate delivery because I wasn't ready for it for another 6 weeks. Sent email, no reply. Called and the sales guy said no problem, go ahead and order online there will be a place to register when you want delivery; then just call when you want it shipped. There wasn't a place for scheduling. Sent email again to confirm what I was told. Next thing I got was an email from the shipper saying it would arrive in 2 days. Called the shipper to stop shipment. Emailed again. No reply. I don't know where my range is. I'm frantically trying to make a space in the room for this range. It could have been so easy if Sales just checked and replied to email.

    purchased a KitchenAid 36" gas top

    I had decided on a KitchenAid 36" gas top but didn't know which model to choose. I received good advice and am very satisfied with my purchase. When I compared prices, Canadian Appliances were considerably cheaper than all other suppliers for exactly the same model. They also delivered when they said they would. Helene, Toronto

    Purcahased Washing machine and Stove

    Good price but do not expect any service from this company. Incredible rude staff and ignorant. Their delivery people are even worse, they were not willing to even put my old appliance to the side so the new ones would go in their place. I will never deal with them again.

    New dishwasher

    I'm startled to read the mixed reviews here, given the positive experience I had. I purchased a floor model dishwasher, only to be told by the (thankfully honest)installer that my old one was reparable. I had the old one repaired, and returned the new one to Canadian Appliance source. They were polite and professional throughout both transactions. Moreover, the dishwasher I purchased from them was $150.00 cheaper than I saw it elsewhere. I'll be buying from them again.

    Gas cooktop

    After much work to find the right gas cooktop, CAS was quick and efficient and found me a product that I was very happy with, at the best price (for the same product!) as compared to other dealers. I appreciated the honesty and care that the rep took to make sure I was satisfied. NOTE TO ALL, when looking for an appliance, order at least a month in advance because back orders apply equally to all dealers and waiting is just part of the process. Thank you AK.

    Jenn- Air Range

    I found this Jenn-Air range on this website, delivery was 2 days after purchasing. I had a very pleasant experience with the staff. I cant believe how much money I saved. I definitely will be a return customer.

    kitchen appliances

    After doing an intensive search, I found canadian appliance source the best price. They carry all the same products that the big companies have, but only cheaper. The delivery was fast and easy. Great to deal with too! Will definitely recommend to others.
