When our washer finally died, we knew our options would be limited to get something that would be in stock at an appliance store. We were so happy that the LG washer we had been looking at online was actually in stock at CAS. It only took three days to have it delivered and installed at one house. And the delivery drivers were excellent! Polite, thorough, and overall professional. Top notch experience from top to bottom.

Happy with everything except that my hood fan was not in stock as they sold it to someone else because I was not able to give them an exact delivery date as I was told after the fact that they only hold appliances for 30 days.as . Even though I gave them a deposit .

We ordered a freestanding gas oven from Canadian Appliance. The ordering online was very simple, delivery dates were plentiful and communication from the company was excellent. We needed to adjust our delivery date with short notice and Shesna at customer service was extremely helpful, changing the delivery date was straightforward with no complications. We received great communication pertaining to delivery time, you can track your delivery down to a 30 minute window, which was very helpful. The delivery team was efficient, respectful and we had no issues. We would certainly recommend Canadian Appliance for a very simple, streamlined and outstanding experience from start to finish.

I purchased a fridge from this company after looking at their website. I made the purchase over the phone because I dont know they had retail locations in GTA. To be careful, I asked the salesperson if I would be able to return it if they were any problems. He said yes, no problem , within 30 days. The fridge was delivered when I was at work. When I got home I realized it was the wrong size - I needed counter depth and it was standard depth. The mistake may have been mine with the product code, not sure. I contacted them right away hoping to exchange and pay difference for a different size. They said I had to fill out a return request form. I did so and the next day I received a response saying my request was denied. They said because I plugged it in to see if it worked, this counts as installed?
