Had the refrigerator delivered and able to select the time of delivery. On the day of delivery I inadvertently had my cell on silent mode. Luckily the delivery man came up to my unit otherwise I would have had to rearrange for another delivery date and probably would have had to pay the delivery fee

Went to another appliance store over two months ago after stall after stall the fridge was delivered damaged .Not one person much less the salesman would help .Went to the cas store on Wednesday and it was delivered by a real pro team same appliance the other store said would take another two months to deliver

Purchased five new appliances in April 2023 for a December 2023 delivery. Price was adjusted a few times when prices dropped no questions. Changed our mind on the fridge due to poor ratings no issues. Delivery scheduled and delivered exactly on time. Great service, no issues.

The delivery people were amazing as the fridge had to be carried down steps to the basement of the house. The delivery guys were very careful to ensure the wooden floors were not damaged

The sales rep was knowledgeable and patient. Let us take our time. The product was delivered within a week of purchase.

the text sais between 1:30-5:30...I opened it and it said 2:15-3:45...I had a 5:30 event so they needed to be here by 4:30 bc I had to wait hour b4 cud plug in...took freezer food out at 2 ...then it kept being later and later...contacted CAS store to tell of dilemma and not being able to talk to someone day b4 about event...ALL turned out wonderful as they delivered by 4:00 and im able to make my event after all ...calling earlier with gentleman trying to help me with his hands tied im happy to say he did well plus the movers are excellent with not injury to my new fridge...ALL turned out GREAT and very well!!!

Everyone that we interfaced with were professional and helpful to the nth degree, starting with Sumit and ending with the delivery personnel. I will certainly use their services for any other appliance I buy.

Washing machine broke and I needed on ASAP. CAS was able to deliver next day for a small premium or the day after for regular delivery charge. Drivers arrived at 8am, took the old machine, installed the new one all in about 15 minutes.

Dishwasher valve broke and we had serious water leakage. We were selling our house so needed to replace the dishwasher immediately.
