Bought this LG Refrigerator on Friday they delivered in on Monday at around 4 pm with in some time we realized that the size doesnt fit.. we called immediately for return but they informed the procedure to fill a form (this never happened with any reputed companies) still we filled the form and we got a response (they assumed) we plugged in the refrigerator and declined our request for returnthis seems like a fraud assume if the product is not in working condition who will take the responsibility???? Worst company to buy any appliance.., please go with some good and reputable companies

CAS exceeded my expectation. My sales Rep Naveed Afzal is one I would recommend. Bought online and through it all it was a wonderful experience. Naveed was patient to attend to all my questions went over and beyond to give an experience that is second to none. I have no regrets recommending CAS and Naveed. He is at the Scarborough store and I was living in Mississauga when I purchased and had the items delivered to Brantford. Great experience and blessings to the company
